Second time seeing Platinum in as many years and I still enjoyed their performance. The trio of boys can still sing and perform well. Besides their older classics, I came to appreciated their 2012 song Beautiful during this show ... yes, beautiful ...
A couple of good songs but for the most part, sound quality was awful. I have heard better in bars with local bands. We left after their big hit. they did not engage much with the audience.
Wow, you want a band that 30 years later still sounds exactly like they did on their recordings, just like they are still a 4 member band, Platinum Blonde is it. Bought tickets for my brother-in-law for his birthday and I enjoyed the show as much as he did (including meeting the band, which is one of his favourites) and so did my husband (who was not a huge fan and only liked a few songs himself), we were both floored by how amazing the show sounded (just a couple of bass issues caused by the sound guy being away from his seat for a split second and then corrected it). Love to see the band still giving’er after all these years! Was so impressed we would all go back again!
Even over 30 Years in the business Mark and Sergio can still kick it.
Great sound, the band can still rock or should I say pop.
Past their prime and it shows! Would have been better if they played a shorter set and had another band.
Not overly impressed with the show. They played only a few of their most popular songs & they show ended too early. It seemed kind of cheesie
Singer sounded exactly as I remembered. Played ALL their hits from back in the day. Crowd had great energy.
Well attended and brought back lots of memories. He still has a good voice.
Although Platinum Blonde is an older group they put on a stellar performance! The songs sounded just like they did when first released and they had the crowd on their feet singing and dancing!
Platinum Blonde was great back when they were mainstream and over every music outlet we had...push ahead 30yrs?? They've still got the drive, the energy and the locks to keep the house moving! Was incredible to hear the whole house screaming lyrics while the band kept incredible accuracy and time to some of the oldest to the newest unheard songs.. Was glad to have made the impulse buy to go see them after all these years..
I really enjoyed myself. It was a very good concert. Platinum Blonde did not disappoint. I have been listening to them since the 80's so it brought back good old memories. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet them. It would have been nice if they had a little signing table. Overall, it was awesome.
Saw this band 2 other times. They were amazing! So much so we wanted to see them again. This time however we were disappointed. Keyboard member was not part of the band and it showed. The band this time seemed very disengaged and like they were going through the motions. The show seemed like a "sound check" performance. I'd be willing to see them again with hopes of an amazing show once again. I have not lost hope!
I saw these so called dudes in 1987 in Halifax! Wild show! 2017 in Winnipeg looked like they wanted to go home to mom, sorry 80s dudes you don't have it anymore . Retire
Just happening to be driving to work - heard they were still selling tickets and bought some great seats. So glad we went I been listening to these guys since the 90's my sister had all of their tapes was a fan club member. Hungry Eyes & Somebody Somewhere is one of my favorites so glad they played many classics in fact their new songs are awesome too! This is music that soothes & speaks to the soul thanks guys.
It was such an amazing show! The band rocked hard! I felt like a teenager again! Thank you for such a high energy, hit filled performance =)

These Guys just get better with age, highly recommend catching them live if you get the chance!
