  • Front Row for Propagandhi!

by nohood on 2012-10-07The Music Hall - LONDONRating: 5 out of 5

I love the London Music Hall more and more every time I go there. It's small so no matter where you are you can see well and hear well, but it's not completely cramped. I got to stand right in the front row for the entire show and it was amazing! This was their opening night and they were totally on fire. They started with "Dear Coach's Corner" and ended with "Flag."

  • Propagandhi was amazing!

by nohood on 2012-10-07The Phoenix Concert Theatre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

I like the Phoenix because the drinking section is separate from the rest of the crowd, so you don't get beer spilled on you and the front is always a little less busy. The stage is also high, so you can see well from everywhere. Propagandhi was amazing! They played a lot from their new album, but they also played a wide mix of classics including "Flag" during their encore. They ripped it apart, such amazing guitarists.

  • what a show

by zebez on 2012-10-01Métropolis - MontrealRating: 4 out of 5

The show was good, 1st part exellent and main show very good. Propagandhi are such technician on their newest songs. My pals and I would have prefer older songs from 1st, 2nd albums, when we first knew the group, but we can understand that playing 10 years old songs when a band became so talented is easy to understand.

Strike anywhere put on an awesome preformance, they definitely got the crowd going, propagandhi, once again, did not disappoint. They always put on an amazing show, and there is no way that i would miss them any time that they come around.

The opening bands sucked so propagandhi stepped in and made us forget.

  • Propagandhi Thrashed Hard!

    by Againstme1 on 2009-07-18THE MUSIC HALL - LONDONRating: 5 out of 5

From the moment I got there, I knew it was going to be a good show. It was a relaxed event and venue. I enjoyed not only the show but the information provided about various activist organizations and issues. Strike Anywhere Played right before them and they set the stage and mood with a high energy performance, they were excellent. When Propagandhi took the stage, from the first song to the last, from the first not to the last, they thrashed hard. Amazing guitars and drums, it was enjoyable not only to listen to, but to watch aswell, they had good stage presence. The crowd was really into in. it was just an awesome show all around.

  • I've Waited Years For This Concert!!!

by Chaoticdissident on 2009-07-15THE MUSIC HALL - LONDONRating: 5 out of 5

Strike Anywhere and Propagandhi touring TOGETHER?! Talk about punk rock at its best! I'm speaking informally here, but I really wanted to let everyone know just how amazing this concert was. I've been listening to punk music for as long as I remember and throughout the years, it has inspired me to pursue a deep involvement in politics and activism. I remember Propagandhi played in London a while ago at the Salt Lounge and I wasn't able to get a ticket in time. I decided to head out to the event in the hopes of getting a ticket at the door after I was told that some would be available, but I wasn't nineteen at the time so everyone of age got priority over me and I was left in the rain when they sold out. I vowed to make up for this most unfortunate turn of events one day because Propagandhi is one of my favourite bands! Fast forward a few years later to this past June the 20th where I was finally able to fulfill my wish thanks to Ticketmaster's useful online services! Who knew insuring your admittance to an unforgettable concert was so easy? I was ecstatic to see that the tour was promoting awareness against the atrocious Tar Sands, as this is an environmental issue that desperately needs to be addressed; there were representatives who were handing stickers out, seeking names for support and I even got to speak my mind and contribute to a video commentary that was being recorded! I also met some awesome people! Great show, great bands, great mosh, great cause, great venue (I saw the Cancer Bats there last December)... Overall, there really isn't ANYTHING more I could have asked for from this concert experience (right down to how easy it was to buy my ticket online). I was so excited that night when I got home that I bought a ticket to their upcoming show scheduled six days later in Toronto!

  • The opening band..

by EllyJ on 2009-07-15THE MUSIC HALL - LONDONRating: 3 out of 5

The opening band was brutal, Strike Anywhere was energetic and wicked to see live but Propagandhi was slightly less than awesome, not to say they didn't blow me away, because they did. I think there were some sound issues and it was pretty noticeable. I only say these things because I went to see them in Toronto the next week and the show was amazing. It may have been a difference in the venue or the crowd but London wasn't the greatest experience for me. I didn't get sweaty and I didn't get hurt, an average night at best.
