What are the will call rules?
Will Call/Box Office Budweiser Stage and RBC Echo Beach Box Office operates on event days only. Please check http://www.livenation.com/venues/14878/budweiser-stage or http://www.livenation.com/venues/14914/echo-beach for Box Office operating hours or call 416-260-5600 and press option 1. The Box Office is located on the West side of the Ontario Place Main Gate. Will Call Regular ticket will call pick-ups can take place from 3:00pm to 9:30pm on the day of the show - please arrive early. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and valid photo ID. Please note that tickets purchased through Fan Clubs may only be picked up on the day of the event. Avoid long will call pick-up lines at the box office by choosing the ‘Print-at-Home’ ticket delivery option when purchasing your tickets through Ticketmaster (on applicable shows and tickets). If you have already chosen ‘Will Call/Box Office’ or ‘Retail Outlet pick-up’ as your ticket delivery method and have not yet picked up your tickets, feel free to call Ticketmaster’s Canada Fan Support line at 1-855-985-HELP (4357) to inquire about changing delivery method to ‘Print-at-Home’.
What are the parking options at RBC Echo Beach?
Event parking is very limited and not guaranteed. Parking may occasionally be found in the Ontario Place parking lots at a rate of $20 per event, but space is very limited. Alternative parking is available at Exhibition Place, Direct Energy Centre, Fort York National Historic Site, or in the Liberty Village area (10 - 15 min walk from the venue). Is there accessible seating?
Special Needs Access: RBC Echo Beach is fully wheelchair accessible, and equipped with a wheelchair viewing platform. For other special needs, please visit our Guest Services pavilion located just inside the entrance. Also, feel free to call and speak to a customer service representative with any questions or concerns ahead of time at 416-260-5600. Hearing Devices Hearing devices are not available at this venue
Are children allowed?
Children 24 months of age and under do not require a ticket.
