Great atmosphere and experience! First sold out game of the year and electrified crowd!

Great venue, announcing is good, an entertaining night. I wish tickets for kids were less than adult seats though.

It was a great game the Pats played very well Connor Bedard was worth the admission cost all by himself

sat near the penalty box, guess I should've known it would be an obstructed view, though would've been good to have that information when selecting the seats before purchase. If it was mentioned on the seat selection, didn't see it.

We attended Teddy bear toss game, the atmosphere was so exciting awaiting Pats first goal!! The amount of teddies on ice was amazing! Then Pats went on to win the game making it an even bigger success!!

We had good seats where we could see the game very well. The Pats played great! We enjoyed ourselves!

Pats Game was good but my ticketmaster experience was a joke. I was online and my finger was to fat and i selected a game that almost over. I purchased tickets at 9:04 pm for an event that started two hours earlier. I was prompted every few moments to hurry up as seats were going fast. I have reached out several times to ticket master, I asked for credit for the game I wanted to attend. Nothing, asked for credit to my account since there was no possible way to attend a game or event that was over, nothing. I did buy tickets to the game I wanted to go to hoping they would credit me back. We attended the game, it was excellent but I never did get a credit for the tickets. I did get one reply and I filled out the form, and nothing. I even called and left my name and number and no one called me. Poor customer service, basically no customer service. Will never use them again.

My son and I attended our first Pat's game. He got a puck from the warm ups and was very happy about it. The Pat's team are very exciting to watch. They have many talented kids playing with them. I really liked the video they play on the jumbo screen at the start of the game. I look forward to watching the boys play again with my boy.

The whole game day presentation felt dated and over done. The Vaccine entry wasn't as smooth as I felt it could be.

The Pats played hard and put on a great show for the fans! We are glad we went!

Tried to book two tickets online. It said the seats were available but after I picked them and went next gave me an oops error that I couldn’t leave a empty seat at the end of the row. I was booking the last two in the row. Had to book two different ones away from our friends. When we got there the seats I tried booking were empty. Of course couldn’t phone anyone. Totally frustrating at a trying time already.

The experience I had was terrible I had to wait outside for long period of time and did not get to my seat until the end of 1st period because of the vaccination passport this will be the only game I attend throughout this season because I refuse to wait outside in -20•C

Application did not load at game time, kinda stupid trying to load somthing to a phone when 5k other people are tring to do the same thing

The game was great. We enjoyed everything we had lots of fun.

Game was very fun but charging my 4 year old adult prices for admission is ridiculous

bought 2 tickets, 1 was held by a season holder, had to find different seats, missed half of the first period, will not use ticketmaster for hockey tickets again

My friend is a late twenties early thirty year old lady and her seven year old son. As soon as they walked into the ice surface they immediately gasped at what they saw. They were now very excited to see what was in store for them for the rest of the evening. Although the Pats lost to Brandon, the speed and physical play impressed our visitors. Through out the game they were also kept entertained by the give-a-ways at ice level, the blimp and other activities on the main concourse. I believe they had an evening of entertainment they will never forget.

This was my first time at the Brandt Centre since they've done renovations. The new paint and signs for where the sections and the bathrooms are, is a great addition and makes it easier to find what you are looking for. Great experience all around.

Really great that the Pats were able to pull off an outdoor game in 2019. They tried a couple of years ago, but the value proposition wasn't there. The Pats priced the tickets at the $20 mark, and there were lots of seats on the West side to get out of the wind. Fun afternoon. My nine year old had fun, and didn't whine too much. Hope that it happens again in the future.
