I attended with one other person...we both felt his material was terrible...vulgar, sexist...got tired of his material within the first 15 minutes and could not find reasons to feel it was funny...we walked out. I heard from others that felt the same way.
We went as a group and not one person in our group had anything bad to say about the show. Rodney was very funny and Drew (I didn't catch his last name) who opened the show was a very funny man as well. We would go back and watch again in a heart beat. We laughed so much that I had cried!

Its Like he left off from his last show with new materials on what what had been happening in his life. Almost like a friend picks up a story where they left off and then you see them 2 years later and now your filled in ,up date date with Rodney..thats pretty cool. Job well done!!!

This is one preformer we always get tickets for and every time we leave with tears of laughterand abs of steel from laughing our asses off. He is an amazingly hilarious comedian. My family and friends love him.

Saw him when he came to Calgary at the Century Casino. He is an amazing comedian, but the venue was so sad and pathetic I beleive it affected his show. The crowd didn't even really cheer or get involved with him. I hope it does not stop him from coming back. Next time the company who books should give him a venue worthy of a great act.
I saw him 2 yrs ago and loved him. He seemed a bit off ... tired...too much CFR the night before maybe. Was disapointed the crowd did not cheer him back. O well maybe next time.
i took 5 other people with me and we laughted and enjoyed the fellow who opened as well. it was a great nite and will go again
the opening act was funny and Rodney did an hour and a half of comedy. I would recommend anyone with a sense of humor go and see him!!
I thoroughly enjoyed the show!! I have been watching and waiting for a few years now for him to come to Vancouver. I will go to EVERY show he has out here. It was awesome!!
We both enjoyed this show very much. Saw the add on TV & immediately bought tickets. Very funny, had us laughing through the whole show. Would go again if he comes back.
Pros: Great theater, comfortable seats, Rodney Carrington is hilarious! Cons: Sound was a little distorted at times (clipping), but not a big problem. The only other possible negative was that the show was too short....I could listen/laugh to him for a second act!
Don't think I've laughed so hard in quite a while. Even the most mundane things were funny. The evening just flew by.
My husband thought it was great. Being there with him was okay but he would be the only one I would attend this type of entertainment with. Rodney should record regular country songs as his voice is very good.
Was impressed with Rodney's new material, and the new and old songs. Was a great evening, and hilarious night. Will definately go again when and if he comes back to town.
Very funny show but if you don't like strong language you better not go..It could be just as funny without it but some comedians feel they need it ..
The show was great, much more intimate setting than the show I saw at the Jubilee. I enjoyed that most of the time was spent with stand-up comedy and less on singing (I do love his songs, but I've heard most of them)
