1st time seeing them! Adam & the band delivered a great performance. So much energy, there was never a dull moment. A mix of SA and 3DG songs :) Wish it was longer tho :( Live shows are SO WORTH IT PLS COME BACK TO TORONTO SOON😭😭😭😭😭
J'ai adoré ce spectacle. Belle découverte pour l'artiste de la première partie et Saint Asonia était tout simplement extraordinaire. Seul bémol : la vue du balcon était partiellement obstruée par une grosse colonne.
I started to listen to Saint Asonia because the ex lead singer of Three Days Grace, Adam, is fronting the group. I have seen Adam a couple of times with Three Days Grace and now I wanted to see him with Saint Asonia. I was not dissapointed. Opening act, Rome, were pretty good. A 2 member group gave a decent performance. When Saint Asonia took the stage, well they brought it to another level. It was simply one of my favorite shows that I have ever seen. And I have seen plenty of shows. It was high energy, full throttle effort. When they played Three Days Grace songs, I guess everyone knew the lirics because everyone was singing along. Almost drowned out Adam. Loved the show and can't wait untill they come back.
From the very first notes to the last seconds, Saint-Asonia gave everything on stage. New songs from their last album were killer on stage. A couple old Three Days Grace songs were included in their set, and the audience seemed really happy about it. Opening act did a nice job warming up the audience, though they were only 2 musicians. The venue was great and allowed the audience to feel close to the stage and to the artists. Overall, the sound was decent, though the vocals would have needed to rise better from the global mix. It was a good decision to upgrade the venue (which was initially Petit Campus), the Studio TD was the right size for this performance. Hope to see this band again in the near future !
All in all, the concert was great! Sound was awesome, lighting great...plenty of room...only thing was the short set by the headliner...only an hour...not sure if that is the bands prerogative or not...but I enjoyed myself nevertheless!
