    A night with Sara Evans? What a Real Nice Place to Start! Sara Evans is an incredible performer who truly loves the stage and singing for the audience. Sara sang many of her hits as well as some covers which were a delight for the crowd (though it was surprising that she didn't sing Niagara considering our location). The Avalon theatre in Fallsview Casino was a nice intimate location which provides an excellent view from any seat. I was so thrilled that Sara Evans' music was as amazing to listen to live as they are recorded. I truly could not ask for more.

    Sara and her band killed it, on Saturday, Oct. 1st, @ The Avalon Theatre, Fallsview Casino! At the start of the show, the sound was ‘iffy’, as you could not clearly hear the background singers as the overall band volume washed over the singers. The sound mix improved as the show progressed! Would have liked to hear a few more songs - a longer show - maybe starting at 8:30, in stead of 9:00 p.m. Overall though, a great show. Sara’s voice was exquisite and the band members performance was superb. Much kudos goes out to her Musical Director/Lead Guitarist! Hope she comes back next year with a new show! Sara is a ‘must see’ in my calendar!

    Missed hearing Marquee Sign.Slow Me Down definitely should’ve been on the set list. It’s your most current and great song. I don’t mind hearing other peoples songs but you shouldn’t skip a huge hit of your own.

  • The Swon Brothers were a hit!

    I am a huge The Swon Brothers fans and went only because of them. Being the opening act, they could only perform 1/2 hour but it was the best 30 minutes ever! Worth the 8 hr drive to get there. Wish they could have performed longer though. I stayed for Sara Evans and she put on a great show as well.
