Lack of Urgency

The game was good. The venue was good. We were able to access all the services we needed fairly well. Apple pay debit was down which is an inconvenience. Especially when people are asked to bring small purses, etc so maybe leave their wallet and just bring their phone. My only complaint would be communication around parking. We paid for parking but couldn't access it. The route we came in on never provided an option for rock star parking and as we were directed to the lot across the round and we drove up to the flagger we couldn't really ask. We would have had to turn around. Not really an option with the wait times to drive into Sasktel Centre.
I was a Regina Pats season ticket holder frlom 1973 t0 1995 so I was pleased with the result. Very glad to have our second view of Connor Befard live. Wish him well in his NHL career. While there was 14,768 attending by having patirnce and waiting til after the 3 star selection leaving was fairly smooth, having paid to park in Rockstar parlikng.
An amazing experience, I hadn’t been in ‘Saskplace’ for a long time. Helpful and knowledgeable staff willing to help. Great hockey atmosphere!! Going again this Friday the 24th for the rematch!!
Arena staff were great, including the in-game host. However his microphone was too quiet. Cameras show the action in 30 fps (should be 60). And the in house DJ should be introduced.
Our kids requested to check out a game so we booked the family ticket special! Amazing price and amazing seats! We all had an amazing time!
Such a fun atmosphere, great place to go out with your friends and family. Only a few complaints is that the seats feel very crowded. There is not a lot of leg room. Lots of very die hard fans.
First time back to a WHL game in about 5 years. Celebrating my 11 year old G/sons Christmas present. My two sons and their sons (my 2 g/sons) came with me for the Blades vs Winnipeg game. Great night had by all. Very pleased with the 3 - 2 win by the Blades. The 3rd period was really good. My 6 year old G/son was really pumped at the end of the game. He asked his dad if the Blades could beat the Montreal Canadiens - response was "not likely" Great night had by all. Thanks
Last time i was at a game was before covid so i really enjoyed it.
The Blades were great! The atmosphere was great but the cramped seats are something to be desired. No leg room for any of us in our group. It made it very uncomfortable for sitting through the whole game. I love going to events but I am hoping the future arena will be a little more spaced out.
Was honestly a pleasure to see the boys get the w over the raiders, was a scrappy game with both sides getting into the heat of the moment, but that 0.8s left overtime goal sent the entire arena straight out of their chair and into the air, 10/10 would go again
I had a great time with my Husband our 2 kids and our 2 nephews. We sat right behind the Blades bench which kids thought was cool. Was a good game and we cheered hard for them.
It was a hockey game in Canada. How can you go wrong? Thank you Blades for a great evening.
There was a group of about 10 kids that were sitting behind us to start the game. Then they proceeded to scatter into 3-4 different rows that had empty seating and were continuously out of there seats running around. This was annoying and kept making my family stand up to let them out. The seats you pay for should be the seats you stay in and parents should supervise there kids.
We were 5 minutes late to the blades game and had this lady in our seats. She refused to leave them and started yelling at us in front of everyone around us saying “why do we have to move” she started swearing and yelling at us in Russian and my family and I had 4 seats purchased. She forced us to go sit in a further away row with only 3 seats so I had to hold my 4 year old son the whole game. For a family of 7 we don’t get to go out a lot and this lady ruined it for us and we didn’t bother the usher because she was very scary and made a huge scene in front of everyone. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Sasktel Center and will definitely not risk going back there to have a situation like that possibly happening again. I’ve been having night mares about this lady screaming at us.
The game was great. Won to boot. Also saw Bedard play. My great nephew was just drafted by Regina Pats so it was exciting to see where he might play. But the temperature was not '22 degrees at Centre ice' as was once advertised. It was cold the whole game. Of course concession prices are out there but expected. Still a great venue though. Why a new arena, ill never know. Real easy use of tickets on line. The venue however prevents one from going outside and back in. Dont understand. Felt like a hostage. No logical reason for this. Kind of a reason not to come back to another game. Good thing Covid protocols are soon changing as the venue did not manage the people not consuming a beverage or food and still no masks.
We bought club seats….disappointing no seat service. The online app said not available in our area and only saw a server once on the other aisle. Didn’t come down our side once. Section e
The game was good and close with the lead changing hands several times. Blades scored a goal to tie it with a little over a minute left in regulation, played through OT, and eventually won the game with the last shooter in the shoot-out. Down side was they announced several times during the game that if the Blades won, all in attendance would be receive an email and offered free tickets to the next game. Well they did win, but we never heard anything regarding these tickets to the Nov. 6 game vs the Raiders. Thanks.
First Blades game and experience was awesome. Vaccination passport check was quick, ticket scanning quick and service & facility was great. Well be back
Good game, my 15 yo daughter and I had a good time. Tickets are reasonably priced. Too bad the unvaccinated are second class citizens and can’t get in, but not the venue’s fault.
