Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field

Seattle Seahawks fans, also known as “The 12s,” are regarded as one of the loudest fanbases in the NFL. The 12s are not only loyal, but in 2013 they proved to be the loudest, setting a Guinness World Record for crowd noise in October and later exceeding it in December.

Opened as the Seahawks Stadium in 2002 (and renamed Qwest Field in 2004, then CenturyLink Field in 2011), the 68,740-capacity stadium was most recently renamed in November 2020 to coincide with CenturyLink's rebrand to Lumen Technologies.

  • Biggest Upset in NFL playoffs........

by Dhawk on 2011-01-10Qwest Field - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

With perfect conditions for a football game, the seahawks pulled off one of the greatest upsets in nfl playoff history.. The game had everything both teams were up and both made comebacks but the seahawks came out on top, seeing all the fans going crazy like that was awesome, it was the loudest game i've been to for any sport event....

  • Game good, fans unspeakable

    by un1tas on 2011-01-10Qwest Field - SeattleRating: 1 out of 5

Qwest Field should stop serving alcohol after the first quarter. The public drunkenness at the stadium on Saturday would have been calamitous if it hadn't been so freakin' pathetic. Security should also do a better job of frisking the idiots for hidden flasks. The guy beside me bought a coke and then produced three (count'em three) hip flasks of rum which he proceeded to consume during the game by pouring them into the coke bottle. At one point he was so drunk he smacked me in the side of the head while flailing his arms around like a windmill. No harm came of the blow, but I was out of there three minutes before the game ended because he looked as if he was about to throw up. And he wasn't the only one. Very unpleasant. I'm sure not going back.

Awesome atmosphere! You can't beat the crowd at a Seahawks home game. The electricity in the air is unbelievable. If you get a chance to attend a Seahawks home game, go even if you don't like football.

The Seahawks played amazing and pulled off a big upset. They looked prepared, the crowd was incredible and it would be fantastic if we can be back here at Qwest in another 2 weeks to watch a championship game. Go Seahawks!

Attending the game was a birthday gift to both my Son and Daughter-In-Law who both have December birthdays. My husband and I went as well. None of us had ever been to Qwest Field before and we really enjoyed our first experience there. We live in Maple Ridge just out side of Vancouver, BC. We look forward to going to another game some time in the future.

  • 12th MAN saves the day!

    by Whiskey7 on 2010-09-29Qwest Field - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

If you're an NFL fan living in the Pacific Northwest/British Columbia, you should definitely take in a Seahawks home game. If it isn't THE loudest stadium, it's top 2 or 3. Qwest Field is well designed, with really no bad seats in the house. Plenty of concession stands, serving up almost whatever munchies you like (try the Garlic Fries!). Only downside were some overly drunk/rowdy fans, but let's face it, you get that everywhere. This was my 3rd game at Qwest, and I can't wait for my next one in Nov vs the Giants. GO HAWKS!

  • Seahawks at QWest Field

  • Worst game ever

by Jonnyfive on 2009-12-21Qwest Field - SeattleRating: 1 out of 5

This was my 10th Seahawks game since 2005 and I have been blown away with all the pheripheral details that make each game amazing and uniqe however this game lacked almost all of those qualitys. they cut alot of corners and made this game very memorable but for the reason that is was so lame and boring. I hope they remidy this for future games.

  • Seahawks comeback to win!

by JeremyW on 2009-11-09Qwest Field - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

The game was high-intensity and action-packed. The fans in Seattle are unlike anywhere else in the NFL... They come out rain or shine. It was fun to be the 12th man on the field for a day!

  • Seahawks win!

by fquan on 2009-10-12Qwest Field - SeattleRating: 4 out of 5

The game was great, if you are a Seahawks fan. The atmosphere was great, and the pre-game festivities were rockin'. The top of the upper level was windy and cold. Otherwise, there are no bad seats in the stadium
