    by Jennifer2003 on 2009-07-18Rogers Centre - Toronto

My husband and I took our 3 year old to the Elmo show and she just absolutly loved it. She was up off her seat and dancing to the music. It is great for any age even I loved it and I am 31 years old.

    GREAT SHOW!!

by NKOTBFanALWAYS on 2009-07-16Rogers Centre - Toronto

This was the first live show for my kids, they are 1 & 2 years old. We had front row seats. The show was very entertaining for all ages. We loved how interactive the characters were with the audience. My kids got so excited when they came off the stage and would give high fives, sing and dance right in front of them. Great show!! I would bring my kids back if Sesame street came back to Toronto.

Sesame Street Live When Elmo Grows Up

by angadjul on 2009-07-15Rogers Centre - Toronto

Sesame Street Live When Elmo Grows Up was great. It certainly brought out the child in everyone. The lively music and real life characters were a joy to watch. Who couldn't resist joining in the song and dance. It was a great night out that the whole family enjoyed. The memories were all there from when we parents were children, and now the same innocent fun is being passed on to our children. It was special when characters walked through the audience giving high fives and hand shakes. It was an interactive night for all with good music and fun.

    elmo was wicked!!!

    by shani1 on 2009-07-14Rogers Centre - Toronto

My sister and I and a friend bought tickets for all of our kids for elmo. My daughter was 2, my nephews were 8 and 3, and my friends daughter was 2. It was amazing for all of the kids!!!!! We had front row seats, which was great!!!! The characters were very interactive with us. They were always jumping of the stage playing and dancing with us. We all felt like we were part of the show!!!!! The only complaint was that the souvenirs were pricey!!!!

Absolutely exceeded expectations. Worth every peeny. Our son enjoyed it from begininning to end and we were thrilled to watch him and see the excitement in his eyes. It was well done, costumes were realistic and music was wonderful.

    Amazing for kids and parents

    by ocean156 on 2009-07-14Rogers Centre - Toronto

The show was just brilliant from beginning to end. My son was in awe and he was only a year and a half when we went. The intermission was at just the right time. The show was interactive, bright and just attention grabbing the whole time.

    by SVB78 on 2009-07-14Rogers Centre - Toronto

My daughter loved this show. She hasn't stopped talking about it, weeks later. We had great seats, and they were very well priced. The characters came down into the audience, which the kids just loved! Looking foward to the the next Seseme Street show!!

    Great show for kids!!

by GoElmo on 2009-07-14Rogers Centre - Toronto

The show was great, very entertaining for young children. Lots of singing and dancing! The only problem was that cameras were not allowed, however cameras were going off every second throughout the entire show which was very distracting. The same rules applied at the Dora Live Show at the Cannon Theatre and it was enforced which made the show that much more enjoyable!

    Wonderful!

by GrandmaofBraidenGage on 2009-07-14Rogers Centre - Toronto

I took my Grandkids and they were just mezmerized. The music was great and the costumes bright and colourful. It was just a bit too long though. I found that most of the kids in the audience had hit their limit for sitting still and watching the show. It would have been great if it had been about 20 minutes shorter and maybe had some time at the end of the show for the kids to meet the characters and have pics taken with their favourites. The kids sitting around us ( we were in the last rows) were disappointed when the characters came out and shook hands with some kids in the front rows. I realize that timing is a factor when creating such a show but a meet and greet at the end of the show would have just thrown the excitement factor over the top. My youngest grandson is just WILD about Cookie Monster!! We were disappointed that there were no CD's or DVD's of the show to purchase. All in all is was a great production and to see the pure joy on everyones faces was the best.

    Familiar to all ages

by Oakley on 2009-07-13Rogers Centre - Toronto

I guess you run into troubles with people not perceiving value for money if a show is too short, but for the attention spans involved it might have held the crowd better if the slow numbers shortened and a few minutes shorter. You wouldn't notice if you were far away but with good seats the separation between where the sound was coming from and where the characters were talking from was sloppy for dad and made it hard for son to follow where he was supposed to be looking. But all in all a nostalgia trip that didn't sacrifice the entertainment to son to pander to dad. Would gladly go again next year.

    sesame street live

by mumwkids on 2009-07-13Rogers Centre - Toronto

My 18 month old is Elmo obsessed (and loves the whole Sesame street gang). This was a terrific surprise for her but way too long for her age and same as all the other mom's I spoke to in her toddler class (where I heard about the show), I agree that there is too much complicated music - it would be better if they did not use long established pop hits that they appropriated and stuck to the simple catchy tunes similar to their DVD's that they do best.... and keep the attention span of their little audience. The show is also too looooong for them (her and the other kids in our row were too conked out with glazed eyes to pay attention after the first half). Otherwise, costumes and entertainers were top notch.

Good show - 20 minutes too long

    by teacher1 on 2009-07-13Rogers Centre - Toronto

My son is 2 and he loves Elmo so I had to take him to see this show. He loved seeing his favourite characters on stage, but the show was about 20 minutes too long. The intermission was not needed as most of the young audience thought the show was over, and it was difficult to get their attention back. You could hear the attention span waning. But, the music was catchy and the story was cute. I would go again and I would recommend this to a friend.

Not as good as last year

by loshem on 2009-07-13Rogers Centre - Toronto

Not as good as the last Sesame Street Show to come to Toronto. Not many known songs to the kids and a dry storyline. My 3 year old liked it but nowhere near as much as last year.

    Loved It - Pleasantly surprised

by JMHN on 2009-07-13Rogers Centre - Toronto

Our little one had a great time!! Kept her captivated and engaged. We honestly expected to leave after the first 15 mins because our little one is a very busy busy busy little girl.. We never thought she would sit for the entire show. She did and loved every minute. It would have been nice however if there could have been a "meet and greet" with the characters.... that would have been the cats meow.

    elmo show

by djaj on 2009-07-13Rogers Centre - Toronto

This show was overall good. I say overall because as an adult, I found it boring but my 3 year old liked it fairly well.
