Shakira is a Latin pop singer-songwriter from Barranquilla, Colombia. After signing with Sony Music Colombia at age 13, the star made a name for herself in Latin America with Spanish-language albums like Pies Descalzos (1995) and Dónde Están los Ladrones? (1998). In 2001, Shakira made her crossover debut with her fifth album Laundry Service, which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and spawned global hit singles “Whenever, Wherever” and “Underneath Your Clothes.” Throughout the 2000s, Shakira continued her crossover success with further radio smashes like “Hips Don’t Lie” featuring Wyclef Jean, the Beyoncé collaboration “Beautiful Liar” and “She Wolf.” Further LPs in Shakira’s discography include Fijación Oral, Vol. 1 (2005), Oral Fixation, Vol. 2 (2005), She Wolf (2009) and Shakira (2014). At the turn of the new decade, the singer co-wrote and recorded “Waka Waka (This Time For Africa),” the official song of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and in 2020, she headlined the Super Bowl LIV halftime show alongside Jennifer Lopez. Shakira’s most recent studio set, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, was released in 2024.

Shakira’s Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour is scheduled to begin its North American leg on November 5 at Acrisure Arena at Greater Palm Springs in Palm Desert, California.
Tickets for Shakira’s upcoming world tour will go on sale to the general public on Monday, April 22 at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster. A presale for Citi customers in the U.S., as well as American Express cardholders in Canada, will begin Wednesday, April 17 at 10:00 a.m. local time followed by presales for Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers on Friday, April 19 at 12:00 noon local time. A Spotify presale will also occur on Friday, April 19 at 2:00 p.m. local time.
Shakira is the first concert I’ve been to, and honestly the best concert so far. She can really put on a show. I’ve been her fan since I was a little girl. I am so thrilled to be able to see her. What a show!

Shakira is amazing live. I watched her live for the first time in India back in 2007. She has a great voice and all her tours have a concept. I will be seeing her live on August 7 and I cannot wait!
We are so thrilled to have attended the Shakira Concert in LA.. The concert was so awesome it was worth the trip from Central Canada. Shaki has it all - fantastic voice, great body, gorgeous looks, incredible dancer, and is an amazing entertainer. Songs in both English and Spanish. Great crowd interaction. Great energetic use of her stage and extension that protruded well into the center area of the floor. Variety not only in costume changes, but in songs: Song Duets (example Gordita with Residente), Inviting 4 girls to dance onstage with her during Whatever Wherever) Not only would I recommend a Shakira concert to a friend, I want to go again!!

Flew down to Vegas from Alberta to watch this concert and it was well worth the trip, this beauty puts on a heart thumping show.
Shakira is just soooo amazing and talented. She plays so many styles of music and English and Spanish and some Afrikaans as well. She loves the audience and they love her. She is a true entertainer, she is beautiful and she had an amazing show. I was awe struck.
Great show, wonderful talent and fantastic energy from a mixed crowd from cultural background and age all enjoying what Shakira does so well.
