The sounds was shyte. See 50 concerts and shows there and never experienced a problem. No idea what the issue was with this.

was our first time at a comedy show in a arena, sounds in the arena was good. First opener was funny, but next 2 openers were not the greatest in my option. But Shane Gillis was freaking hilarious was never a dull moment while he spat out joke after joke.

  • Great performance - poor audio

by Lewis on 2025-02-04Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

The only slight negative was, that the audio wasn’t great and was hard to hear at times

  • The show was ok, bad sound in Vancouver

by Blake on 2025-02-03Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 3 out of 5

Shane's set was good, openers were just ok. Wish the show overall was longer, it's a Friday night in Vancouver and people are spending a bunch of money to be there... another 30-60 minutes of comedy would have been great. The sound was pretty bad for how much line array they had set up in the arena.

  • Super funny!

by Catz on 2025-02-03Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

I bought tickets for my husband for Christmas and I’m glad I did! It was our first time seeing Shane Gillis and he was hilarious! Would definitely see him again! The openers weren’t that funny except Jay was funny.

  • Good but reeeeally conservative

by VC on 2025-02-03Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

I knew it was going to conservative when I booked it for my partner and I but I didn’t think it would be that much. The opener was great!

Had tears all the way through his set. First guys sound was off but the sound team corrected it going forward.

  • First comedy show ever

by Hafid on 2024-10-25Rating: 5 out of 5

Shane Gillis has been one of my favourite comedians for some time now. I was very excited for the show and it was great from start to finish. A lot of people complained about the sound but it was fine for me (or maybe I have nothing to compare it with as this was my first show). However it was a fantastic experience and cannot wait for the next one.

  • Shane the grain

    by Dave G on 2024-09-28Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great, material was great. Could have sounded better. The acoustics were not the best. Some of the openers I could not make out what they were saying.
