I was looking forward to this concert and it was terrible. It started 30 minutesd late and theere was a 50 minute space between acts. His live sining is beyond terrible and he came out without his ear piec in which he then fiddled with for the rest of the show ehen it finally arrived. It was the worst concert I hafe ever been to. Crystal Shawanda was good except that she sang other artists songs and not the hits I had heard on the radio. What with that?

We have seen both of them before and have thoroughly enjoyed both of them. This time was different. The show started 30 minutes late. It is not as if they were late getting in to town, because both of them had been there for an Aboriginal festival. As far as being late, so was Shane. After Chrystal and the normal equipment changes, everybody was ready including the band and the crew, but we waited again another half hour for Shane to decide it was time to show. I feel as do the rest or our party, that it would have been rude for us to show up late. it was rude for them both to keep their fans waiting. All of that would have been forgotten and ignored if the show lived up to their own standards as we have seen previously. Both shows were very disappointing. Perhaps it was their sound equipment, or the acoustics in the hall or a combination of the two, but we could not understand a single word they said or properly enjoy the music or their voices. There was a constant and delayed echo hitting us from behind as the delayed sounds bounced off otf the block walls behind us. I will give both of them the benefit of doubt, based on our past concert experience with both of them and say only that I will never go to see another concert at the Hamilton Convention Centre. It appeared to all of us, that they both seemed to not understand why the fans were not responding to their show or did not get into the music., Their tardiness certainly did not endear them to theri fans, and perhaps there were good reasons for keeping us waiting, but the sound quality was so poor that we cound not get engaged in the show. We love both of them, but not their show on that night.

The concert was awesome, it was really nice and low key making it easier to enjoy the music and not getting pushed around. The meet and greet was very fast and we didn't have to wait long either!!!! I totally wished they had more food there though.

Great time! Shane and Chrystal played the crowd, music and vocals were fabulous.
