The concert itself was amazing — truly a five-star performance! However, it was disappointing that the woman in front of me held her phone up recording the entire time. My daughter and I paid a lot of money for floor seats, and we ended up watching most of the show through her phone screen. I really wish phones were restricted like in the old days so everyone could fully enjoy the live experience.

The show itself was awesome. Shawn Mendes is an incredibly generous artist who clearly loves his fans. He dove into the crowd multiple times to shake hands, hug, sign stuff, etc. and said thank you in French after every single song. There was too much stroboscopic lighting to my liking, but otherwise it was perfect. As for the venue... well, it's the Bell Centre. Not the best and the food options are less than optimal if you don't want to have to reserve a table at one of their adjacent restaurants. The M2 food market is always closed on show days, except for the snack stall. No options for people with any kind of dietary restriction (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). And the "wellbeing zone"that is supposedly for nursing mothers and autistic people is just a glorified closet. This place needs to get in 2025 ASAP...

Taking my daughter to her first concert was something I’d been looking forward to for a long time, and the Shawn Mendes show at Budweiser Stage in Toronto absolutely exceeded all expectations. From start to finish the entire experience was nothing short of magical, a perfect mix of excitement, emotion and unforgettable memories. Shawn Mendes put on a phenomenal performance. His voice was flawless, and his energy was infectious. It was heartwarming to see my daughter light up as she sang along to every word, completely captivated by someone she looks up to. What truly stood out was the atmosphere: a sea of fans, all sharing the same joy and love for music. Watching my daughter take it all in - the lights, the crowd, the live music was incredibly moving. It’s a night neither of us will ever forget. Thank you to Shawn Mendes and everyone involved for giving us such a memorable experience. It was the perfect introduction to the world of live music, and I know this will be the first of many concerts we enjoy together.

The ladies at the VIP booth experience, one in particular, was extremely rude to anyone who asked her questions, people who were waiting in line, and she was extremely unprofessional with the way she communicated. It really set a tone for the rest of the show. Shawn was fantastic though!!! No complaints for the entertainment at all. Would highly recommend attending

Loved seeing Shawn Mendes at Budweiser Stage in Toronto. It felt like an intimate evening with him. He interacted with rhe audience and told stories about his life and songs. Overall a great night!

One of the best concert I have ever been... next to eras tour!! I fell in love with Shawn all over again. Can't wait for his next hometown concert. ❤️❤️❤️

I went to this show with my daughter because she desperately wanted to go. I left as a huge Shawn Mendes fan! He is so talented and put on a great show. I was very impressed!

He saved me. His music started circulating and coming on Family Channel back in 2014-2015 just after my momma had died and it brought me a new sense of joy and happiness hearing his voice and lyricism and still to this day makes me feel better when I hear him sing. I only got to go to the 2019 show but whenever he decided to come back on tour, I will be there screaming from the rooftops just how important his music is to me.
