Spirit of the West Tickets

They did a good job. ONE MAJOR complaint. There were a bunch of award presenters. They really broke up the show. Better to do it before the concert or not take so long.

Still fantastic! Great music and so much energy! Couldn't help dancing and singing!

It was an awesome concert! The only thing that wasn't too good was how squishy it was to get to our seatsand while we were sitting there was hardly any room! otherwise I would watch this band again :)

Perhaps I am just getting old but I remember seeing Spirit of the West back in the 90s in venues and the whole place would be hopping. Here, they played with as much energy as always and there was a moderate sized dance floor for the crowd but given that the whole thing was hosted by the casino, I think the majority of patrons were waiting for the next bingo game to start. Band was excellent, venue was disappointing.

I decided to go to the show because I bought their "Faithlift" cd a few years ago and loved it. They were playing to a VERY mixed audience (Club Regent Casino) and put on an amazing show. They had incredible energy and versatility and the small group that started dancing to the first song grew to a small crowd by the end. I'll be buying more cd's.

We enjoyed every minute. Many songs I haven't heard before as I am a new fan but me feet didn't stop dancing from the first song.

The show definitely lacked energy which could have been due to the audience and venue (Club Regent Casino). Setlist was decent but show was missing energy until the last 3 or 4 songs of the evening. John Mann exchanging acoustic guitars with a roadie after every song was annoying! Buy a bloody guitar stand and leave both of your acoustic guitars on stage!

I went to see Spirit of the West as the opening act for Great Big Sea. I was there as a casual fan of SOTW, but I was really there to see GBS. Let me tell you, after the performance SOTW gave, I can't wait until they come back to town again!! They blew the roof off that place!

Awesome show. They still have a great energy to perform and entertain.
