Anyone picking up tickets at the Box Office will be required to provide the credit card used for purchase and photo ID.

There is no parking on site at Canada Life Place Theatre. There are a number of municipally and privately owned pay and display parking lots around the venue.

Large bags will not be permitted at entry to Canada Life Place Theatre, except for medically necessary item after proper inspection at the venue entrance. Guests will still be permitted to bring a cloth/bag no larger than 5"x 8" x 2", a 12" x 12" x 6" clear bag or a 1-gallon/3.7L plastic freezer bag into Canada Life Place. There is no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the venue. Small diaper bags are allowed inside with a child. The diaper bags are subject to search upon entry.

Children aged 24 months an older will require a ticket for entry. *subject to change on show by show basis.
