Sweeney Todd (CA) Tickets

We were sitting in the second row and still could hardly hear a few of the performers. Sweeney Todd himself was excellent! I know cross dressing has been part of theatre’s past but I thought we were beyond that by now

This performance exceeded any of my expectations. Sweeney Todd’s (the actor) voice was amazing. It was so entertaining. A little twist around every corner.

The production and stage presentations were very well done. This dark story was presented in a funny comedic way while we appreciated. Our only comment is the some of the high pitch shrieking voices of a few female performers were hard to listen too and frankly quite distracting. Besides that, all other performers were great. Overall, good experience.

What a fun time !! I went having never seen even the movie, so everything was a surprise ! Superb cast & orchestra, Props were excellent with lots of fun surprises, interactions with the audience & tons of laughs ! Highly recommend !!

Both of my teenage children have birthday's in October and they love the theater so this was a perfect birthday surprise. The play was performed amazingly, they loved the singing, and effects. Not suitable for young kids but a blast for mine!

Thoroughly enjoyed Paper Moon's production of Sweeney Todd - what a talented ensemble and overall fantastic production. Loved the sets, the music, plenty of little surprises, and unique additions. Kudos to this local production, looking forward to see more from Paper Moon Theatre!

A really fun show with lots of hidden gimmicks! Perfect to kickstart spooky season.

The cast was terrific. In fact, this Paper Moon production was better than some of the hugely expensive Broadway Across Canada productions. The only problem was the sound technical crew was not on par with the brilliance of the actors/singers. In musicals, the ensemble carry the storyline. Horace, if the sound techs can't regulate the microphones, then it distracts from the storyline. As well, when overpowering voices are on stage, again, sound modulation is required.

What an amazing experience! Beautiful costumes, amazing sets and incredible acting! So happy we were part of the audience. Highly recommend!
