Tame Impala is Kevin Parker - the almost legendary messianic figure and creative soul who has developed the particular sonic universe of psychedelic pop cultivated with guitar pedals, delays, reverbs and liquid explosions of color. There's no one like him in the current music scene. We were left in 2015 with Currents, Tame Impala's third album which ventured further into the pop genre, and added dance beats and R&B that only served to underpin the enthronement of the Australian. For his fourth album, Tame Impala remained true to his usual impenetrability and stands silent, but we have seen him parade through a number of collaborations: he has shared the studio with Mark Ronson and SZA, he has produced Lady Gaga and Travis Scott, Rihanna covered him on her latest album, he has remixed Mick Jagger and Miguel and has released songs with A$AP, Rocky, Theophilus London and ZHU. So what does all this mean? Well, we know what Tame Impala has been until now, but we haven't a clue what will happen next. And that can only be a good thing.

by Leila on 2022-03-22This was my first concert ever and I know that I’ll def be going to more Tame shows in the future bc of how awesome this night was! It was handsdown such a great experience and I think that everyone should go to a concert like Tame Impala’s at least once in their life. It left a mark on me and made me grow an even bigger admiration for Kevin and his music. One of the best days of my life for sure!

by chip on 2022-03-16Scotiabank Arena - Torontoi attended this concert with my son who likes this band and this was our first concert since pre-pandemic. what a fantastic show all around- the lights, music, and atmosphere. can't wait for them to come back again so we can have another terrific concert experience. great band!

by Matt on 2022-03-16Place Bell - Laval…but the venue was slightly less amazing. First part was my fault: I didn’t know there was a Place Bell, so I ended up at Centre Bell. Next, I get to the venue and my section is covered in tarps. I had to track down a worker who had no idea what to do. They found a second worker who also had no clue. By the time they got to the 4th person, they gave me a new ticket in a different section. It all worked out in the end because Tame Impala was fantastic, the sound levels were spot on, and the light show was pretty cool. Definitely going to another Tame Impala show, but might try to avoid this venue.

The concert set list was perfectly chosen and the way they performed each song was like magic. I truly think everyone should see tame impala once before they die because it is as a mind blowingly amazing concert I highly enjoyed it!!!!

by Katey on 2022-03-14Scotiabank Arena - TorontoThanks for ruining my stepson’s first concert last night. We love Tame Impala so much but whose idea was it to sell seats BEHIND all the speakers? Talk about unethical business practices. We couldn’t hear anything except a muffled wash of mids and lows reflecting back to us. Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Scotiabank Centre (Toronto) - you should be ashamed of yourselves. Tame Impala we will love you forever and you guys LOOKED amazing- sorry we didn’t get to hear a single word you said or sang! About 500 of your fans had a shit concert last night, and went home disappointed. The one star in this review belongs to Tame Impala!

Amazing light show, wonderful live renditions of their (his) best tracks and cult classics- all while singing and dancing with thousands of other fans. 10/10 would recommend even if you aren't a fan of his music

KEVIN PARKER IS A PHENOMINAL TOP TIER ARTIST/PREFORMER. KEVIN AND HIS TEAM UNDERSTANDs WHAT BEING OF SERVICE MEANS, ESPECIALLY AS AN ARTIST. TAKE HEED Y"ALL, IF YOU DECIDE TO EXPERIENCE THIS DO NOT DISTRACT YOURSELF FROM THE CURRENT MOMENT. TAKE IN EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF THE SHOW. KEVIN AND HIS TEAM WORK SO HARD TO PUT THIS STUFF TOGETHER.
