The actor was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed it!! Highly recommend.
The stage is so close, you feel like you could use their coat rack to hang up your hat. The way they moved through the house, you saw the intended walls even though they were open to us. I loved how Eugene -- played amazingly by Charlie Alto -- broke the fourth wall to give us some insight into the story. It was a small cast but every line was used to advance the story, and they all did a fantastic job. It was funny, charming, heartbreaking, and hopeful. I will definitely watch for announcements for any future productions by this cast.
Well executed production with superb acting! Thought provoking and entertaining!
Very nice intimate setting and the acting was great! I thoroughly enjoyed the play.
The seats are too close together and the play was outdated. The acting was just mediocre at best. We left after the first act.
acting was superb, set was great and animated the one man show; talk back was super - provided interesting insight into development of show; gave personal connection to the actor
Beautiful and dramatic portrayal, a one-man show. Enjoyed the Q &A afterwards as well.
Great performance Good venue Appropriate subject matter for Holocaust week
I was a bit worried the play would be too depressing, but Tom Duggan told Weisenthal's story with wit, humour and compassion. I learned a lot I did not know about Simon Weisenthal's personal life, and his witty, self-deprecating sense of humour. The staging was brilliant. A one man play can be tedious, but Tom Duggan did a superb job both in the writing and the acting. Thanks so much for bringing this story to your stage.
