Great band playing classic songs with a great sound system. The weather was excellent as well even though we had seats and were not on the lawn. Worth the long walk into the event.
This is the fourth time I've seen these guys going back to Ottawa 2014. I can honestly say that over the years Derek, Susan and their band have gotten better each and every time we've seen them. For a twelve piece band to play as tight and as together as they do is remarkable. As musicians each one is a special talent. I can't wait to see and hear what is next from these guys. Another terrific evening with Tedeschi Trucks Band. They continue to evolve and take the band to new heights. Great start to the night and finish with Margo Price. Looking forward to seeing them again
Tedeschi Trucks Band always put on a great show. Aug 15 was superb. They are a tight ensemble that give more than promised. Budweiser Stage is a good place to see and especially hear great music. Like most venues the major drawback is there is nowhere to dance and dancing enhances any musical experience.
Great band at a pretty good venue. I'm sure you've heard it before but the vendors are way out of line with their prices.
Awesome show ,Margo Price was beyond my expectations
The title says it all, the best concert of the year!
Not just my favourite band, but I think the greatest live band on the planet. Last year's show was great...but this one ever better: tighter, lots of showcasing of their "family"members, amazing threads between songs and the flow and tempo were amazing. Susan showed more of her guitar talent and then there's Derek...as Clapton aptly called him...the next guitar god. Love their Their generosity with any opening act is so refreshing and their overall humble approach to creating musical magic is like no other band in the world. For those who haven't seen them...you absolutely must and you will be hooked, trust. CHEERS, CT.
Myself and friends thought the vocals were not clear a lot of the time perhaps because the instruments overpowered them. Otherwise a very good concert. My pet peeve is people who stand and block others view no matter how close to the stage they may be. I don't want to stand for 3 hours.
