    Who was that?

    A great jazz band that truly has a signature sound, from soft scapes to soaring flights. What I would have liked was to know what they looked like. After 90 minutes of watching them on stage, I would be unable to recognize them if I bumped into them on the street. Sitting on the balcony, the stage lighting was so bad it took away from a great experience. Loved Heidi’s voice, but I truly could not see her! A number of people left early, and m certain it was because of the lack of light.

    Never been more disappointed with a concert. Nothing like their studio or live albums. I appreciate challenging music, Bitches Brew, but this was just a lot of noise. They are way better than that

    A great studio band with no stage charisma.

    Beautiful tunes delivered impassively, minutes and minutes where nothing much happened (this is actually during a song), great female singer was wasted by drone-like tunes, delivered dispassionately. No story telling, hurt by terrible lighting and smoke... and sound mix that muddled everything. In need of a live production manager!
