BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
The Dead Daisies was formed in 2012 by a group of seasoned hard rock players living in Los Angeles and Sydney, Australia. They recorded their self-titled debut in a mere two weeks and garnered critical acclaim almost immediately with the song "Lock 'N' Load", which was co-written withāand featured an epic guitar solo byālegendary Guns N' Roses axeman Slash. The band spent most of 2013 touring in support of big acts like ZZ Top, Aerosmith, and Jane's Addiction, and in early 2014 they embarked on their first headlining tour of Australia. By year's end they had added two successful US tours to their resumeāone with Bad Company/Lynyrd Skynyrd and one with KISS/Def Leppardāand in 2015 they became the first western rock band to perform in Cuba since the Obama Administration reopened trade ties with the island nation (the band chronicled their Cuban adventures with the 2015 album and documentary film RevoluciĆ³n). With their aptly titled third album Make Some Noise generating big buzz in 2016, The Dead Daisies have fans everywhere ready to rock out to the new tunes at one of their hard-hitting live shows.
