The Meteors are a British psychobilly band formed in 1980 in London, England. Credited with pioneering the fusion of rockabilly and punk rock, the band was founded by P. Paul Fenech (vocals, guitar), Nigel Lewis (upright bass/electric bass, vocals) and Mark Roberston (drums). Over their more than four decades in music, The Meteors have released 23 studio albums, 15 live albums and nearly two dozen compilations. They’ve also undergone multiple lineup changes, with Fenech as the sole remaining original member.
