About

The Offspring are a punk rock band from Garden Grove, California. Led by founding member, lead vocalist and guitarist Dexter Holland since 1986, The Offspring have released 11 studio albums and sold over 40 million records globally. The band’s self-titled debut arrived in 1989, followed by 1992’s Ignition and 1994’s Smash. Behind breakout Mainstream Rock Airplay singles “Come Out and Play,” “Self Esteem” and “Gotta Get Away,” Smash went on to sell over 11 million records, earn six RIAA platinum certifications and set the record for the highest-selling album released by an independent label. Ixnay on the Hombre in 1997 notched The Offspring’s first No. 1 single on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart with “Gone Away,” while 1998’s Americana hit the band’s chart peak at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 on its way to netting five RIAA platinum certifications and three more Alternative Airplay Top 10 singles: “The Kids Aren’t Alright,” “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)” and “Why Don’t You Get a Job?” The Offspring later topped the Alternative Airplay chart again with “Hit That” from 2003’s Splinter and “You're Gonna Go Far, Kid” from 2008’s Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace. The Offspring logged two more Mainstream Rock Airplay chart-toppers with “Coming for You” and the title track from 2021’s Let the Bad Times Roll. In 2024, The Offspring released their 12th album Supercharged.

    Simple plan was amazing. They performed great and the crowd was also great. The offspring kind of sucked. They’re sound was horrible, couldn’t understand the singer and the crowd was garbage. I watched a girl get knocked down and land on her face by some drunk guy, who also hurt me, who was trying to start a pit in the back where there was no pits. He kept putting girls on his shoulders which was not allowed and for some reason security did not kick him out. 5 stars for simple plan but the offspring sucked.

    You could really see the appreciation the two bands both had while experiencing the Montreal crowd during each of their sets. The crowd was super happy to be there infront of these two iconic bands and they clearly brought it by the sound of the crowd!!! What a great show!!!!

    I’m happy of the tickets I bought. Good price for a nice show. Not only we had a decent view but the VIP balcony behind us was closed so we could stand, jump, take pictures, etc without bothering someone else behind us…

    The Offspring étaient géniaux comme d'habitude, prestation extraordinaire. Malheureusement le son lui même était médiocre; on entendait pas bien le chanteur Dexter surtout dans les aigües.... très dommage et ce n'est pas la première fois que ca arrive ces problèmes de sons au Centre Bell surtout pour des shows de rock!

    Ever since i saw the music video Welcome To My Life I've wanted to see Simple Plan. I discovered the Offspring shortly after with the Punk Rock boom in the late 90s. BLINK 182, SUM 41, GOOD CHARLOTTE, all those. The performance was amazing. They interacted alot this the audience. The intermission was just as fun. Well organized!! Probably one of the best shows ive been to

    The show was amazing. No other comments about that. CASHLESS SUCKS THOUGH. On the day my bank went down, I couldn’t use my debit or visa (because it was through my bank) to purchase anything and the venue refused to take cash. How is that even legal? Money is money, and that SUPER SUCKED. Bell Centre, you suck for that.

    Absolutely live The Offspring show, been listening to them since the 90s and they are still good and still lots of energy. Simple Plan was good too, did not know them as much but they gave a great bilingual show.

    It was super fun I love the music, I saw them at ambleside music festival on the second day. The only downside to it is the crowd I’m pretty short and got hit in the head a few times, there was a lot of moving around too but other than that I loved it you could definitely feel the base a lot I would definitely go again if I had the chance.
