Led by founding member, lead vocalist and guitarist Dexter Holland since 1986, The Offspring have released 11 studio albums and sold over 40 million records globally. The band’s self-titled debut arrived in 1989, followed by 1992’s Ignition and 1994’s Smash. Great show, longish lines but went quite fast, staff were all lovely.
I went with my daughter to see this concert(I am an old dude). I was there for Simple Plan and I knew some songs of Offspring. Simple Plan were excellent as expected but Offspring was also amazing. Easily one of my favourite concerts I have been to and I have been to A LOT of concerts. Even the show between bands was fun. Excellent night and I highly recommend.
Awesome experience! Couldn't stop dancing and singing along!
Opening act Simple Plan was fun and rocking - they played a great set of their hit songs plus some nostalgia 90's/2000's covers of hit songs. And they were a lot of fun on stage, great way to open the show. Offspring hit hard and played furiously with two hits to open the set. They got to talk to the audience a bit, mess around and have fun with the crowd. Winnipeg is always an accommodating rock audience. Cool graphics and lighting made for some energetic backdrops to the songs, and Dexter playing Gone Away on Piano was stellar. It was a hardcore punk rock nostalgia filled night, I loved it.
Amazing experience, mobile tickets were easy to use, and the concert was amazing. We will absolutely use ticket master again and would love to see offspring and simple plan anyday!😊
The whole experience was fantastic. No complaints.
Incredible show with a great crowd, atmosphere and awesome performance by the offspring! Managed to get front row and enjoy the MoshPit so epic can’t wait to see them again!
I like a little more offspring and a little less entertainment. They didn't play as many songs as in past years instead choosing to focus a bit more on crowd entertainment. I don't need to hear Ozzy Osbourne played by The Offspring unless Ozzy Osbourne just got forbid..died. overall there's a reason I go every time they come to town. Great entertainment value, great energy, and Offspring fans are simply the best aging from Rage 7 to 70 plus
Absolutely first-rate and fabulous! Loved the oldies. Loved their new stuff.
Beer prices were way too high but overall the experience was good. I loved Simple Plan and the Offspring.
The band was great but did quality wasn't. We were seated front row near the back. The grand piano sounding a bit tinny confirmed for us something was off. Fun show
We bought the tickets mainly to see Simple Plan, and they did not disappoint! I wasn't super familiar with the Offspring, but I was surprised at how many songs I knew already and they were really fun! The sound was great for both bands and the visuals were cool.
The Offspring played amazing. We are all getting older and they're no exception, but they gave an amazing show. With awesome energy and amazing guitar/vocals/drumming, it was worth the experience. As a side note: Simple Plan were absolutely killer - they could highlight their own show.
I couldn’t wait to see the Offspring in concert. Was super excited and my teenage daughters wanted to come as they know their music. Was interested in seeing Simple Plan but not as much as the Offspring. Simple Plan was phenomenal! Pumped up the crowd, had everyone dancing, jumping , arm pumping! Was awesome. SaskTel Center definitely was over serving concert goers. At intermission, the crowd’s demeanour changed so quickly. Fighting , pushing , vomiting patrons. Was disappointed and disgusted! Offspring arrived on stage , was pumped! But their vocals were so drowned out by the music, you couldn’t hear them singing. Needless to say, we left the show mid way through. Due to both lack of hearing them sing and wanting to be ahead of a stadium full of intoxicated people leaving to drive on the roads.
Fantastic, awesome, supreme, terriffic, amazing, energetic, etc.
Simple plan and Offspring both had great sound, lights and stage presence had a very good time.
This was an amazing night with one of my favorite highschool bands and Simple Plan was awesome as well. First concert since lockdown and it rocked
Offspring was everything expected and simple plan really exceeded my expectations. Great energy from both bands and great venue. Drink menu could be better though
It was an amazing show! Ive been to many many concerts but the vibe in there that night was unlike anything ive felt! Was 100% worth buying floor seats
Fuck covid lets party. Simple plan kicked off the show high energy and vocals spot on. lots of engagement with the audience I was impressed. The drummer worked his butt off and the band was equal to his efforts. Offspring started with Come out and play and that they did all night long no letting up on the more uptempo songs. Gone away performed solo on piano was haunting took on a whole different meaning. go see both these bands it will be a night to party and remember when music was good again
