I really enjoyed the Price is Right Show. I thought they did a really good job and enjoyed the tribute to Bob Barker. The games were exactly as I remembered. The process of getting in and registering to be a contestant were both fairly straightforward. The host did an excellent job and engaged the audience well. I paid extra $$$ for the "Big Wheel"package. Being seated closer to the stage was nice, and I like the souvenir lanyard. I got some nice Price is Right swag and had my picture taken with the big wheel after. Spinning the wheel was fun. I am not sure if the extra $$$ I paid was totally worth it, as I was under the impression we were supposed to get more than one spin at the end. However, that may be something I misunderstood. The Casino was a nice venue, but I had to book accommodations elsewhere as they wanted a minimum of $500/night for a room. That was ridiculously exorbitant but no reflection on the show itself. Other members of the audience also commented to me about the rate the Casino was charging for it's rooms, so I'm not the only one who though it was way over the top. They had also arranged accommodations elsewhere. Personally I lucked out with a nice hotel in the Muskokas on a lake at 1/3 of the price the casino wanted. CasinoRama: You can loose business by charging too much money for accommodations during your events and into the future. Obviously I will be going back to the lovely hotel on the lake next time thanks to your mistake.
