Great Music / Great Seats at CasinoRama

by Onyx Storm on 2022-07-04Casino Rama Resort - Rama

We try to catch The Tea Party whenever they are in town. They put on a great show as always. The lead singer has such a beautiful voice, its a shame that the guitars/drums tended to drown out the vocals. The Roadies needed to lower the guitars and increase the vocals volume... but what can you do? It was still a great evening.

Great celebration/party evening with a great home crowd!

by From the SpotEv team on 2019-10-31MTELUS - Montreal

As a company showcasing/promoting events, we attend many shows. We have to admit the atmosphere at the show was electric. To enjoy a band such as The Tea Party that took root and started a love affair with Montreal, was electric. The band felt at home and showed it during their time on stage. The rest of the evening with the other bands "Damn Truth, Michel Pagliaro, Sam Robert's Band, Half Moon Run, and guest appearances of Serge Fiori, Alain Valois from an Iconic band of Quebec "Harmonium" was the best in setting the stage for the ending sets of The Tea Party was absolutely Great! The other bands also all from Montreal, having international success. All this for a 50th birthday party of our Montreal rock station CHOM FM 97.7! Thank you for such a great evening! Was the first time seeing The Tea Party and they were really great! It was at CHOM's 50th Anniversary bash at the MTelus and I just could not get enough of them! Will be looking out for more concert dates so that I can see them again.

    Tea Party always amazes!

by Anonymous on 2017-04-03Commodore Ballroom - Vancouver

I see them whenever they come to Vancouver and you can't beat the Commodore as the venue of choice! This band always blows me away with the quality and diversity of sound that these three guys can produce. Nobody has more stage presence than Jeff Martin and the band plays into that and makes it an amazing show all around.

    UNBELIEVABLE

by SisterAwake on 2017-04-02Commodore Ballroom - Vancouver

Great venue. Jeff Martin's connection with the crowd was amazing. The drummer was incredible. They played most of their older hits which I was pleased about. Spoiler alert - Best epic encore of Sister Awake ever!!!

    Terrible Live

by UltimateRich on 2017-04-01Palace - Calgary

In over 20 years of concert going (and hundreds of concerts) this was the first time I ever left a concert halfway through. The show was boring (both band and audience) and the renditions of the songs were terrible. I never thought a band could butcher their own songs. I was relieved when I discovered that my friend, that I went with, thought the same because I would have felt bad leaving him there, but he agreed that it was the worst concert ever. If you like the Tea Party, stick to listening to their albums, save $50 and don't see them live, because it'll ruin your appreciation for them.

    Incredible Show

by Rasi on 2017-03-29River Cree Resort & Casino - Enoch

Tea Party is an incredible band, the musicians are ultra talented and very creative. The performance was pristine, the guy could sing. He had the sold out crowd rockin, seriously captivating music. It's a good venue, I feel like the audio could have been better, clearer, but the quality of the performance made up for it.

    Mixed Review

by GRFT on 2017-03-27River Cree Resort & Casino - Enoch

We went with a positive attitude as we really like the band. We found the first set to be fairly boring and were surprised to not get a good feeling from it. The second set was much better as it was mostly upbeat and more of their hits. The encore was not very good at all - they played too much of other bands music when they have enough of their own. Sadly, we would not go and see them again if they come to Edmonton.

    Tea Party was amazing!

by pokey on 2017-03-27River Cree Resort & Casino - Enoch

First time seeing them, they play like hungry, young act, still trying to prove themselves and give fans a great show! Looks like another 20years would be easy for them! Awesome show! Only bad part was acoustics at the venue were terrible.

    As Always...AMAZING!

by Debbadoo on 2017-03-20Burton Cummings Theatre - Winnipeg

Jeff, Jeff and Stuart always give 150% to every show they do. This was no exception. They started the first set with Transmission in its entirety. Then a small break, and on to set two. They performed The Bazaar, Sister Awake, Heaven's Coming Down, The Messenger, Ocean at the End...to name a few. Jeff Martin...that man could play any instrument handed to him, and he does so with perfection. Burrows is a beast on the drums and Stuart is fantabulous playing everything he does. If you have never seen The Tea Party live, you are doing yourself a disservice. Every time TTP comes through Winnipeg, I always go. The Proud Sons, a local Winnipeg band, opened. They were fantastic and have a cd coming out this summer...buy it!
