TIFF Customer Relations is available Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm at 416-599-2033 or 1-888-258-8433.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Debit and Cash are also accepted for in-person purchases at TIFF Lightbox. TIFF prefers VISA
Ticket Office Location: Located just inside the main entrance of TIFF Lightbox. Customers will be asked to present the credit card used to place the order and/or photo ID.
Precise ParkLink runs the parking underneath TIFF Lightbox (Parking App Code: #1176). TIFF Lightbox is easily accessible by public transit. For subway, take Line 1 to St. Andrew subway station and walk west (6 minutes). For streetcar, take the King streetcar (Route 504) and exit at John St.
