by LilDeb on 2010-11-08Knox United Church (Calgary) - CalgaryThere were ten of us that went to see Todd.....we had seen him in Portland Oregon in the fall last year and were keeping a close eye on his schedule....We had a fabulous time although we felt the venue was inappropriate....his sheer raw lyrics and the fact that he engages the audience are all what makes his music palatable.....thanks for coming to visit us here in Calgary Todd and we'd like to see you join us at the folk festival some time

He sometimes delivers a serious message with humour but most times it is just fun. When he first steps on stage with his barefeet and relaxing pose you know that you are in for a good time. He played music off his new CD, fan requestsand told a few stories. I think everyone one there "enjoyed themsleves" and was "Happy to be Here". It was a great night.
