Toque is an amazing Canadian classic rock band that plays all of the best music from your favorite 80's Canadian rock artists. The band consists of extremely skilled, accomplished musicians with arguably the best vocalist to ever come from Canada. Each song is a masterpiece. The entire show is truly a BLAST from the past delivered with unsurpassed precision and clarity.
I’ve seen toque before here. The venue is perfect. Excellent sound, comfy seats, the artists are easily seen from the back plus screens mean a great view. Toque is FANTASTIC! The lead singers vocals are on point. Amazing tone and vocal range for all the old hits Canadian fan favourites. The bass, guitarists, drummer are seasoned extremely talented guys. You will not regret seeing Toque! My only minor comment is that Todd (lead singer) does get a little gabby at times. Is that so the older rockers can catch their breath? Possibly lol. But he and the band represent Canada so well. Love the nostalgic references. This night rocked!
LOVE LOVE LOVE TOQUE but can't say the same for the service. It would have been nice to see two bartenders at each bar, like you often do, at the beginning of the event, even pull staff from other areas of the venue and send them back when the concert goers start to slow down during the event. There were WAY too many patrons still waiting for service when the band started. I'm pretty sure the bar I was at had the supervisor who stopped working, who was only taking money and not making the drinks than stopped to do paper-work and left the bartender to serve the two lines when the lines were still super long. I understand changing the pop when foam starts coming out but counting stuff and writing it down?!? No time for that, serve the patrons and get them into the show. Count later. Also wasn't happy that I couldn't get onto the floor, I did not realize wrist bands were going to be given for floor patrons. I have attended many times when I've had seat tickets and been able to access the floor. Thank goodness I was able to get onto the floor for the Encore to get a hug from my Fitzy! (Bass player). I swear he was looking for me during the event because I told him I'd be right in front on the floor.
We really enjoyed this concert. Todd,Brent, Cory and Shane gave it their all. Their guests were also amazing. The Venue was well set out. Our seats were perfect. Sound check was fun. Was great to see the guys up close and personal.
I never knew who Toque was until the concert. Awesome bad and great music. They deserve more advertising to capture and expand they’re fan base. I am now a Toque fan.

Awesome mix of classic Canadian rock tunes. Great special guests were a welcome surprise and everyone nailed it. Start to finish, this was pure entertainment. Venue was great. Excellent seating and accoustics. Perfect size for a true fan experience.
Super fun time! Fabulous & Fantastic music! Great exchange with audience. Would go to Toque again for sure.
Fun filled night ,starting in casino with friends for a drink .half our group had floor section ,and some had excellent seating .we loved the guest musicians ,and the sound and singing were fantastic! Made it to buy a new style toque tank ,love it ! It would be nice if toque could play here every season of the year ,never enough !
Toque was amazing what a great band playing mostly covers of great Canadian bands 🤘🏻. I have been to several events and love the Club Regent casino venue however I will say I thought they sold a bit too many floor seats. This was the most I’ve seen there maybe trying to grab some extra chase from the long lay off!!
Excellent concert. Will definitely see anytime back in Winnipeg. venue is great. Not crazy with the nonstop traffic of people getting up to get drinks during show. takes away flow of experience.

Venue was well organized and provided safe comfortable experience. The Band was amazing as always. Brought friends who hadn’t heard of them who thoroughly enjoyed the show.
A very satisfying show. Very tight band, and really nice guys. They had a fill-in guitarist who totally nailed all his parts and also the lead vocals that he did. A few pleasant surprises in the setlist, and a couple of surprise guests. Excellent venue, and a very worthy show. Can't wait to see Toque at Minnedosa next July.
I had just recently heard of this band and wanted to check them out. This band has a very polished show. Every song done to precision and in some cases even better than the original artist. Audience interaction was very well done. My new favourite act.

Band of musician’s musicians, paying tribute to the best out of Canada from the 1970’s and 80’s with some originals thrown in,
I went to this show with a group of 10 best friends (all women, obviously) since kindergarten, and we are all currently over 50. At first we were disappointed in how far back our seats were but not only did we have a really good view of the stage, we also had room to dance. The two rows behind us were empty so although our seats were in one long row, half of us moved behind one row and then we spread out. We did not sit down once! (Did I mention we’re over 50?) We sang, dance, laughed and had a wonderful time! The group was entertaining and did not try to impersonate the bands they covered, but instead showed huge respect for each original artist. They also did not try to awkwardly remake classics, losing their original flavour in the process. (Looking at you, Headstones; what the hell, with your butchering of “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald”? Are you trying to kill Gordon Lightfoot?). Ending the evening with an audience sing-along of “O’ Canada” was the absolute icing on the Maple Leaf cake. All Canadian classics for an appreciative Winnipeg audience including a group from little old Russell, Manitoba! We had a blast.
