    Amazing show

by Flower on 2022-05-24Meridian Hall - Toronto

The Tori Amos concert was one of the most amazing shows I have attended to date. Her sound was spot on, add to that the light show and just the positive electric vibe running through the crowd. Tori’s fans were so lovely— one of the most welcoming and inclusive groups - it made the overall experience very special.

    Hasn’t aged a day

    by Northof416 on 2022-05-22Meridian Hall - Toronto

Couldn’t believe how phenomenal she sounded. It could have been the mid 90s and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. She rocked it for over two hours straight - must see!!

    Wildly Riveting Memory Maker

by SarahWriteNow on 2022-05-22Meridian Hall - Toronto

I was eighteen or nineteen when I first saw Tori Amos perform. It was the 'Under the Pink' tour, I got the last available ticket from the theatre in my hometown, and I went there with zero expectations, only vaguely familiar with her songs. I just about peed my pants. To watch this fiery goddess on stage, dancing between a piano and keyboard took me to a vibrant, ethereal realm, and I've never been quite the same since. This week I saw her perform at the Meridian Theatre in Toronto and it brought back the same thrill of seeing her for the first time. I felt the same energy from her live show as I did in 1994. Breathtaking.

    Pretty Good

by 80s Kid on 2022-05-22Meridian Hall - Toronto

The show started great. The first four songs were fantastic. A lot of her newer stuff that she played towards the middle didn’t appeal to me. I was also disappointed that she didn’t play her trademark song Crucify. She still has a great voice, and her base and drum players were really good.

C’mon. It’s Tori Amos. No one even compares to her level of mastery. Performance, skill, artistry - it’s all there.

    Tori Amos is an Artist

by Matthew S on 2022-05-22Meridian Hall - Toronto

This concert was amazing! Tori Amos is a master artist of music and performance. Her command of a Grand Piano and multiple keyboards, microphones, looping devices and synthesizers was incredible. Her percussionist and strings musician were also incredibly talented. The lighting design and sound was beautiful.

    Tori at her best

by mattyprez on 2017-11-30Paramount Theatre - Seattle

After seeing Tori Amos perform over 40 times since 1996 I can honestly say that she is at her best on this current tour. Between her incredible canon of material, her mature and skillful performance style and her power to captivate an audience I would say this show was one of my favourites. The fun thing about seeing Tori is that her setlist changes drastically from night tonight - this can be disappointing at times if she doesn’t do your favourites, but also allows for a wonderfully suprising evening. Sit back and enjoy the ride because on this Native Invader tour Tori is feelin’ it - and so will you!

    Tori Amos Native Invader Tour

by YosaDivine on 2017-11-14Massey Hall - Toronto

I have seen Tori preform many times over the years and I don't think this was her strongest performance. I still love her and its nice to explore another side of her (Perhaps a more subdued side). The first 3 times I saw Tori I brought my husband and other close friends. They didn't understand the value in seeing basically a piano recital. I got sick of explaining it so I now go to these concerts alone. it was the best decision ever! My enjoyment level has risen, and I tend to get better seats buying a single ticket. I have to be honest I'm not fond of Massey Hall in Toronto. Tori preforms there almost every time she comes around and the staff is rude, there are many seat obstructions. Believe it or not if you have seats in the first 5 rows the sound is muffled. I wish she would pick a different venue.

    Tori never disappoints.

    by JBSB2 on 2017-11-04Massey Hall - Toronto

Her clear, crisp, strong voice is just incredible. Her quirky personality is fabulous. Sweet tribute to Gord Downie was touching. A tad short, even just 1 more song would have rounded it off better.
