Toronto Raptors History
The Toronto Raptors were founded in 1995 as part of the NBA's expansion into Canada. The Raptors have been the only NBA team based in Canada since the 2001–02 season. After acquiring eight-time All-Star Vince Carter in 1998, the Raptors set league-wide attendance records and made the playoffs from 2000 to 2002. Led by Carter, the Raptors earned their first playoff series win in 2001 and advanced to the Eastern Conference semifinals.
The Raptors didn't return to the playoffs until the 2006–07 season, when they won the Atlantic Division title. After Masai Ujiri joined as the team's General Manager in 2013, the Raptors became a consistent playoff team, winning five division titles and having their most successful season in 2018. The following year, during the 2019 playoffs, the Raptors earned their first Eastern Conference title and went on to win their first NBA championship, defeating the Warriors in 6 games.

Wow. That was a fantastic experience. Easy to enter or leave,
I had great time in a Gbox, not squished in and have your own washroom facilities. Food and Drinks. My first game experience it was Great. I will definitely buy another Gbox.
Family love the NBA experience it was a blast so much excitement and very entertaining can't wait to go again
my kids and I had a fantastic time. The activities were fun. It was great to see the players interacting with the kids. The prizes to be won were wonderful. It was great energy when we were there even if you’re not a sports fan it was a good good time. I highly recommend.
This event was awesome it reminded me of a mini All Star game just for us. I definitely will be taking part in the next one. Maybe next year we could see a drunk competition!?
I went to this Raptors fan day with my brother on Saturday February 1st it was my birthday and it was the best birthday gift I ever had I get to sit in 115 level for this first time with my brother and it was a great view to see the court and and all the fans and dance crew and of course the players and the best part I get to see fans play some games to win prizes and see Kelly Olynik hit a half court shot wow anyway I had a great time ...Go Raptors go
Overall it was fun. Though I'm confident when I purchased my tickets the event was suppose to end at 3pm but the day of the event it actually ended at 2pm.
My son and I had a great time. There were lots of things to do. The fan participation was great. Loved the skills challenge and seeing the joy on the players faces. Especially Poetl after making the 1/2 court shot. Cant wait til next year!
Cool inagural event! Loved seeing the players!! Wish there was more activities so that the few didnt have hours lineup. Event too short, wish we had more time to walk around but our focus was seeung the players!
My boys enjoyed this event a lot. It was very interactive and enjoyable. The only disappointing part was when they announced the players would be giving away their jerseys worn that day. A lot of the players handed their jerseys to the people in the front who I believe could afford to buy these items if they really wanted to.
