I watched Tracy Morgan @ the River Rock on Jun 4 2010, and IT WAS GREAT ! Lots of great OFFENSIVE jokes, but hey it was a stand up so offensive language was acceptable. Tracy was great, great interaction with the crowd, and the entire audience were captivated by his material. Very Good Show.

    Tracy Morgan major disappointment

by Joel55 on 2010-06-07River Rock Show Theatre - Richmond

I'm a huge Tracy Morgan fan, but his performance in Vancouver was terrible. I'm not offended by the profanity and I'm not offended by the content. But there didn't seen to BE any real content. He just wandered from one one-liner to another, not seeming to have any direction. When he wasn't getting the laughs he wanted, he just tried to be more profane instead of being funnier. Further, he stole a lot of jokes from other commedians. I recognized bits from Robin Williams and Denis Leary among others. He even stole lines from old sitcoms. I would never see him live again.

Not very good. It was very crude and nothing like I expected. It was mostly dirty sex jokes that weren't even very funny. Nothing like his stuff on SNL or 30 Rock.

    10/90 minutes were funny

by NotAFanAnymore on 2010-06-05River Rock Show Theatre - Richmond

The show was definitely NOT worth the price of admission. It's not a good sign when the opening act is funnier and has more things to say than the main act. Tracy's humor is like a little child's when he first learns of a dirty word. I'm not all against cursing. Tracy just uses it too liberally to the point where the joke gets lost. It's like he says in his act, he didn't create the dirty actions he talks about - he just talks about them. And that is all he does for about 90 minutes.

    Tracy Morgan: Raunchy but hilarious.

by Scole on 2010-06-05River Rock Show Theatre - Richmond

This show is not for your grandparents, nor for your parents for that matter. If you get offended easily, don't see this show. If you want clean, white-bread comedy, don't see this show. If you are a prude with no sense of humour, don't see this show. If you want a night full of hilarity and gut crunching laughter, SEE THIS SHOW!!!!

Too Much Over the Top Sex Talk

by DianeR on 2010-06-05River Rock Show Theatre - Richmond

I'm no prude, I can take the occasional reference to butt-holes where sex is concerned, it's just unfortunate that he has to make 95% of his content about sex. He's very graphic and yes, some of it is funny, but I also saw a lot of people walk out. He needs to tone it down and find a middle ground somewhere in all that. I would not go and see him again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend his show to friends. It's too bad he's totally NOT the guy we all love in the movies and on SNL.
