ABOUT THE LIONS DE TROIS-RIVIÈRES

The Lions de Trois-Rivières are a professional hockey team based out of Colisée Vidéotron. The team's name harkens back to the only professional hockey organization to have previously represented Trois-Rivières. The foundation of this renaissance comes directly from the citizens of the city and surrounding area! The Lions are affiliated with the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (NHL) and the Laval Rocket of the American Hockey League (AHL) and are the only Quebec-based team to play in the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL). The organization proudly displays its predominantly Québécois identity by sporting blue, white and gray uniforms.

The Lions have a clearly defined goal: To win games while concurrently providing an unparalleled entertainment experience for its fan base. The team aims to create unforgettable memories with every game, enabling Quebecers to identify with their team.

    Everything was great about the game. A very easy 1h45m drive from Montreal, free parking, a really nice venue, over 4100 fans close to the action, inexpensive concessions, $19 to sit 4 rows from the ice behind the net, a lively atmosphere, a big home win and a playoff spot clinched. A great evening! I would do it again. And buying tickets online was very easy. And they are on your phone for easy scanning.

    De base je suis quelqu’un de très difficile surtout avec mes attentes mais clairement j’ai été surpris par l’ambiance et la modernité allez voir un match des lions c’est aussi aller voir un spectacle adapté à tous mêmes au « non-fans » du hockey !!!

    I invited my family and we had a great evening. Just disappointed there were no french fries at the cantine. Place was clean and shinny. Great atmosphere.

    Bien aimé mon expérience. Belle organisation. J' ai par contre un inconfort avec, a mon avis un trop fort pourcentage de musique en anglais dans les pauses et je me demande pourquoi annoncer les buts et pénalités dans les deux langues dans une ville presque uniquement francophone? Merci de porter une attention a mon commentaire
