BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
 
Milwaukee-natives Keegan Calmes (vocals, guitar) and Chris Senner (keyboards) became fast friends in high school after they met at a cross-country meet. Though Senner moved to Colorado for college, the two began collaborating musically through email and over Skype, eventually cutting a demo together. When Senner moved back to Milwaukee in 2012 to pursue music full time, he and Calmes officially founded Vinyl Theatre. After generating buzz with several songs posted to SoundCloud, the group signed a record contract with Fueled by Ramen in 2014 and released their debut record Electrogram. The band later opened for MisterWives and label mates Twenty One Pilots on tour, helping them build a national fanbase and score their first headlining tour in 2015. With the viral success of videos like ìBreaking Up My Bonesî and ìShine Onî, Vinyl Theatre continues to climb the indie rock ranks and bring their vibrant and danceable songs to fans around the world.
