What is a VIP package?

VIP experiences and packages are a great way to enhance your experience at a concert or event.

A VIP package will always include reserved or general admission tickets to the event and elements that will be unique to the show you’re attending. Some common benefits include:

• Meet and greet and/or photo opportunity with the artist
• Exclusive access to a private pre-show soundcheck or backstage tour
• Opportunity to shop for artist merch before doors open to the general public
• A private performance or Q&A session with the artist
• Invitation to a pre- or post-show party
• Limited-edition and/or autographed merch
• Official laminated VIP pass
• On-site VIP concierge team
• Free food and drinks
• Dedicated VIP entrance and check-in

Every package is different, and each artist or event will offer their own unique experience.

How do I purchase a VIP package?

To find out if your favorite artist has a VIP package available for an upcoming show, search for an event on Ticketmaster and browse the seat map for tickets. VIP packages will be highlighted on the seat map with a gold star. You can also check the ticket list to the right-hand side on desktop, or at the bottom on mobile. VIP packages will always be at the top and highlighted with a gold star.

Click on the package link to get the full details for the VIP package you’re interested in. There may often be multiple packages to choose from, so be sure to read through each option.

Are there VIP presales?

Some events do offer VIP presales, which allow fans to secure their VIP package early. Sign up to receive special email offers from Ticketmaster. You can also visit the official website for your favorite artist, team, show or event for information on how to join their email list and get notified about presales.

Why can't I see any VIP packages for the event I want to attend?

Not all events offer VIP packages, and in that case, you will not see any available to purchase on the event page.

Are the VIP packages accessible?

After purchasing your VIP package to the event of your choice, you’ll need to submit a request for accessible tickets for your VIP package. A Fan Support representative will assist you with your request. As VIP packages are unique from venue to venue, artist to artist and event to event, accessibility options may differ. I bought standard tickets; can I upgrade to a VIP package?

Some artists do offer VIP upgrades that you can buy after you’ve already purchased your event ticket. Every VIP upgrade is different, but, remember, you’ll need to purchase your ticket separately.

How do I purchase a VIP upgrade?

To find out if your event has VIP upgrades available:

• Type the event or artist name in the search bar on Ticketmaster. Once you’ve found the event date you're interested in, click on the "i" to see if there are any Add-Ons available.
• If you’ve already purchased your ticket, sign in to your My Account on Ticketmaster to see if Add-Ons are available.
• If you’re in the process of purchasing your ticket, you can add on the VIP upgrade before you checkout.

What is the difference between a VIP package and a VIP upgrade?

VIP upgrades do not include a ticket, which must be purchased separately. Upgrades can be purchased during checkout or after the initial ticket purchase by visiting your Ticketmaster “My Account” page. Please keep in mind that upgrade elements differ from artist to artist, and not all performers will offer VIP upgrades.
