Great event idea but the venue was poor for those who really wanted to take in the amateur and pro -wakeboard and wakeskate competitions. Just not appropiate seating, especially for course A . If you weren't in there early enough you wouldnt' get a view of the pro division at all. I would recommend the event just don't bother to go to this location.
Awesome fun. Beautiful day, beautiful people, beautiful venue. Alexis on Fire was high octane and Public Enemy was EPIC. The spectator seating for the wakeboard course could have been better planned out - small amount of stadium seating was placed near the rails so you couldn't get a good view of the big wake tricks at either end; the flags were very disruptive in their placement & number; really missed having a beach, though the pier was a pretty decent venue. All around, had a fantastic time!
too many line ups and the Monster girls held out on the green ones all day and then took about 5 cases home with them at the end of the day when they said they were sold out. other then that all the bands were amazing, thank god the beer tent was extended this year and the boarders and weather were awesome.
