A five-time Emmy winner (the first to win Daytime and Primetime awards in two consecutive years), Brady has an impressive TV resume including Whose Line Is It Anyway? Off his victory, Brady dropped a brand-new original single, entitled "Flirtin' w/ Forever," which quickly climbed the streaming charts, as well as an accompanying music video.
This follows the success of his debut album which was headlined by a version of Sam Cooke's "A Change is Gonna Come" which earned him a Grammy Award nomination in the Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance category.
Brady has also triumphed on-stage started with his Broadway debut starring as legal showman 'Billy Flynn' in the long-running hit musical, "Chicago." Soon after Brady starred as the ground-breaking character 'Lola' in "Kinky Boots," Broadway's Tony Award- winning Best Musical, with music and lyrics by Cyndi Lauper and a book by Harvey Fierstein. Brady would later assume his biggest theatrical role to date headlining as 'Aaron Burr' in the Chicago production of Lin-Manuel Miranda's Tony Award- winning juggernaut "Hamilton."
Recently Brady returned to Broadway as part of Freestyle Love Supreme working with the production team of Lin-Manuel Miranda, Thomas Kail, and Anthony Veneziale. The unique show combines the fusion of hip hop, improv, and comedy which won it a special Tony Award for its innovation and contributions to the world of theater. I didn't realize how talented Wayne Brady was. He is a great singer and improv comedian. He looks great in spandex too! Would recommend this show to anyone. Worth the money!
He is so good live. I don't know how he makes up things on the spot so fast but he really is a master at it. It was the 2nd time I have seen him, the first time was in Las Vegas and he was every bit as good on the road! I'd see him again and again! The show is different and just as entertaining each time!
Wayne Brady was hilarious!! Definitely made my night!!
Wayne Brady is certainly a talented man, but his show was pretty much right out of Who's Line is it Anyway with just Wayne Brady. Too bad it wasn't as funny as the show was. Maybe he just had an off night.
My husband and I have never been to a comedy show before, but wanted to go to Wayne Brady, from watching him on "Who's Line is it Anyway?" He was funny and completely worth the price of the tickets. I would recommend his show to anyone with a good sense of humour.
I bought myself the tix for my birthday and knew that they would be money well spent. My husband was unsure of the fact that I had bought them instead of leaving the planning to him. IT WAS THE BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE. WAYNE BRADY WAS UNFORGETABLE, AND AMAZING. I did not stop laughing all evening.
What an awesome show! Mr. Brady was an outstanding comedian, as usual. My only disappointment of the night was that the show wasn't longer. It only lasted about 1 1/2 hours and I was hoping for at least two. But other than that, it was side-splitting laughter the whole show through. His improv is awesome, even when his volunteers are less than helpful! Great show! I would definitely recommend others to go see him!
I have seen WB in Vegas and now Edmonton .......he never fails to entertain. I laughed so hard my abs hurt the next day.
I have never been to a casino before and was and hour early for the show. The hosts and hostess' were great about telling me about the different games and making sure I had a good view. Then when it was time to go to Wayne Brady's show once again the event staff were awesome in making sure I knew where to go and had the right seat. The show was AWESOME!! Wayne - what can I say - he is the best at improv. Myself and the rest of the audience were laughing from beginning to end, non-stop! Now I wished I could have made more time and gone to both shows that day!
i though wayne brady was even funnier in person then on tv would go see him again anytime.I just though the venue was lousy very non casino like.
Wayne Brady was very amusing. The way he had the crowd participating made the show. We were somewhat dissappointed in his choice of songs to end the show though. He sang more rappy songs and he would have done better to sing his more jazzy music. I know several others felt the same as several people began leaving after the second song.
My wife and I totally enjoyed Wayne Brady's performance. He is multi-talented, he sings, he dances, he impersonates, he does sound effects and let's not forgot the improv! We would go see him again any time!
I bought tickets for my 18 year old son who things Wayne Brady is the funniest guy ever. I took my son, my nephew and my daughter. We never stopped laughing. The show was amazing. He's much more than a comedian and I love his singing and dancing. If he goes on tour with his band, I would definitely buy tickets!
The show was hilarious! Wayne Brady does not disapoint. My husband and I never stopped laughing. I woud recommend this show to anyone and everyone and not only that I can't wait to see him again!
I enjoyed seeing Wayne Brady and there were times I found myself laughing pretty hard! However when I go to a Comedy Club I can see 3-4 Comedians for 1/2 the price! His great personality and good looks help keep this show going!
This was more than I expected, what an awsome show, it was like whose line is it anyways, and a bit of singing, totaly worth the money!!
Wayne was his usual brilliant self with improv. songs and funny scenes using volunteers from the audience. He truly is a gifted comedian and so worth seeing!
Though he was not in Vegas with his usual perks, space and all his people, Wayne put on a super show. I laughed, I wanted to get up an dance, he was truly hilarious. I went in because my boyfriend is a big fan and came out a big fan myself. My next trip to Vegas will be including his show.
Wayne Brady was great. He performed his improv without flaw and gave his audience a taste of his new music. Overall, great show!
Wayne Brady can do it all .. he can improvise, act, dance, sing and charm his way through a show and keep the audience rolling with laughter! Great show!
