William Singe Tickets

Attended the 'Changes Tour' concert last Saturday (April 1st, 2017), with my friend and sister. We bought the meet and greet package. Prior to the concert we received email reminders from Ticketmaster indicating we had to be at the venue at 4:15pm SHARP otherwise we will miss the meet and greet. Also, we were only allowed 1 picture. We arrived at the venue around 3:45pm. We didn't get to meet William and Alex until 6:30pm. So I'm not really too sure why they were telling people to be there at 4:15pm sharp. So many fans were in line for a good 2-3 hours in the chilly weather. When it was time for the meet and greet, majority of fans who were in front of the line got more than 1 picture and the people who were in the middle to the end of the line were refused a second picture. We saw a few fans talking to Will and Alex and security told the people in the line to not do that and to move it along. When I met them, I definitely felt rushed due to security. William and Alex are however, super sweet and incredibly humble. Wishing I got more than 3 seconds to talk to them. In the meet and greet package you receive 1 picture, 1 signed poster, 1 draw string bag and 1 lanyard. We never received the lanyard and there was no backdrop for our pictures. After the meet and greet we waited another hour and a half. The show didn't start till 8pm. These guys put on an OUTSTANDING show! They sound amazing live. Love how William and Alex are able to connect with their fans. They were very inspiring. Overall, a great show! The only thing I will complain about was the programming/schedule of the concert. Nothing was on time and a bit disorganized. I've been to plenty of concerts before (The Weeknd, Britney Spears, Nicky Minaj, EDM concerts etc) and they've always started on time. There was never a wait. Hopefully, their concert schedules get better with time.
