  • Best Hip Hop Experience Ever!

    by Andy G on 2023-10-19Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

What a dope concert!!! DJ Scratch, De La Soul with Talib Kweli, Nas & Wu-Tang! Celebrating 50 years anniversary of Hip Hop and put on a hell of a show. Good vibe all night! Randomly met GZA at the hotel lobby around the corner. He was an amazing person to meet, very down to earth, very good person. Amazing experience!

  • Unbelievably amazing show!

by NateDeBeer on 2023-10-19Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

From DJ Scratch and De La Soul Opening with hard hits i forgot about(and immediately added to my daily playlist the following day) to Wu Tang and Nas absolutely slaying the crowd with the classic jams ive been listening to since i was a kid, loved every moment of it! Method Man suprising us all by making his epic appearance, RZA had some of my favorite thoughts and words of the evening, Nas just blew us all away! Raekwan, Ghostface, GZA, Inspecta Deck, Ugod, YDB, Capadonna, Masta K brought that energy ive been wanting to experience live since i was 10, loved the show! Thoughts as i was leaving were "if they come again, im going no matter what"thankyou OGs of my favorite realm of music, you made my whole year in one night my dudes!! You guys just keep kickin ass and leaving us all speechless, thankyou🙏

  • A fantastic first concert experience

by Markus on 2023-10-19Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

I’m not even 20 years old yet and didn’t experience him in his prime, but the run that Nas has been on the past 3 years has been incredible to see. Almost like a second prime. This was one of those shows where when I’m older I can say “I was there”. The Wu can still put on a great show as well. Definitely the most diverse crowd of people I could’ve imagined, especially in terms of age groups. It felt nice knowing I wasn’t the only Gen Z rapping along to Triumph and The world is yours ‼️

  • The seated floor is weak

by SeanO on 2023-10-19Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Concert and performers 5 stars. The seated floor… 0 stars. Terrible

  • Really excellent show, but…

    by Owen M. on 2023-10-19Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

…security took my wife's EMPTY water bottle on the way in. And when we did find a water fountain inside (on the 100 level), it was turned off! Not acceptable.

  • Blast from the past!

by Zk on 2023-10-19Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 3 out of 5

The concert was a ton of fun, however the audio and mic quality was terrible. All the voices sounded muffled and not clear at all. Rogers Arena needs some serious work on its acoustics for concerts

  • A trip back in time completed to perfection

by Tilly on 2023-10-19Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

This was such an incredible show. Incredible stage design, fantastic sets and vibes. It was so nice to see this in Vancouver esp given Vancouver sucks. Only complaint, the sound sucks at Rogers arena. Not sure how you fix that but it echos at the back a lot.

  • The concert was great! Never received pics

It was a really great concert and had VIP experience which disappointed me that we never received the pictures promised to us. Not impressed

  • BEST HIP HOP SHOW. PERIOD

by NKLSON on 2023-10-18Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

Not only was the venue, well laid out decent prices for merch and booze and food but Wu-Tang and Nas put on one hell of a show! Amazing, audio, visual, crisp sound they played all the classics and some new stuff and really tore it up! Was the best concert I’ve ever been to and we celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday that same night and it was an experience. We will both never forget.

  • Dope dive into hip hop legends careers

by BMC on 2023-10-18Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

The show was so great. The anticipation with DJ Scratch then De La killed it with some vintage work and Talib Kweli along! Rza is a beautiful mind on how he tied in the clan, the individual MCs along with Nas into a seamless story of NY hip hop in the 50th Anniversary of the culture. Even Meth was in the house! The performances were clean, sound was crisp the MCs were engaging, one of the best hip hop shows ever!!

  • Best concert I have been to in a very long time.

by Sam on 2023-10-18Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

It was amazing. Wu-tang and Nas were everything you good ask for and even better in person. It was one of the best concerts I have ever been too and I would go see them again. We had a great time.

  • Was not disappointed at all

  • The Best Hip Hop Experience I ever had!

by Alby on 2023-10-18Canada Life Centre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was amazing! Graphics on stage behind the artists performing there songs gave it a good all round vibe. It brought old school hip hop into modern times. Just to be there was an experience in its self.

  • Pretty disappointing!

by Sab aka DJ Flashback on 2023-10-18Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 1 out of 5

I've seen pretty much all members of the group by themselves when they each performed in Calgary at certain nightclubs years ago and I have to say that having it in such a large venue wasn't as nostalgic and personal to me anymore. They didn't play a lot of my favorite songs (neither did Nas even though I really enjoyed his show last time at Shaw Millenium Park). I felt like there were either too many young kids (who probably weren't even born when Wu-Tang was around) who just wanted to get smashed with alcohol or really old white people or others in the audience who I could tell weren't even fans at all. Pretty disappointing and I felt there weren't enough old school hip hop heads who really grew up with and appreciated their music. I think the only thing I enjoyed was the cool CG, martial arts cartoons and Speed Racer cartoon that were being displayed on the screens. Props to the animators but that wasn't really what I came for. They didn't even finish a lot of the songs in full which was supposed to include the other members. Glad I only paid an early bird $40 ticket but to be honest it probably wasn't worth more than $10. Anyway, I'll still love the group for who they were and they'll always be classic and forever but for this concert with them altogether again I gotta say I just wasn't feelin' it. They sounded tired (probably from doing consistently show aftershow on the road) and some of them looked like they didn't even want to be there and were even criticizing the audience that they weren't loud enough and should have been more respected. Anyway, I guess it was ok but I think I'm gonna stick to the smaller venues where you have a much cooler crowd next time.

  • 10/10 Would Wu Again

by Timmay! on 2023-10-18Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

Hip Hop concerts can be hit or miss but Wu Tang was a BIG hit!

  • Bad sound quality

by Emily on 2023-10-17Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 4 out of 5

Wu tang and Nas were amazing but you could barely hear them over the echoing bass. Not a great venue for this group
