About

Since exploding on to the scene, Yeat has quickly become one of the most exciting and enigmatic rises of his generation in music. Low-fi melodies, clever cutting lyrics, and a distinctly mysterious persona are all highlights that contribute to the young talent's unique brand. Earlier this year, Yeat hit a massive career milestone with his highest charting album to date, 2093 debuting at #2 on the Billboard 200. Within its first week of release, the blockbuster project reached over 150M global streams and sold 70,000 equivalent album units. This marked Yeat's fourth entry in the Top 10 in only 2 years: Lyfe (No. 10 in 2022), 2 Alive (No. 6 in 2022), AfterLyfe (No. 4 in 2023) and 2093 (No. 2 in 2024).

Born Noah Smith in 2000, Yeat began releasing music in 2015, taking notes from Young Thug's melodic strangeness and the inventive production styles of rappers who were rising to prominence as he grew up. He started out using the moniker Lil Yeat, but shortened it to Yeat in 2018. That year, he released his first mixtape, Deep Blue Strips. From then on, he was in hyperdrive. Yeat broke through in 2021 when his song "Get Busy" went viral online. The track became so ubiquitous that it caught the attention of heavyweight rappers, including Drake, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, and many more. As his fame skyrocketed, so did the mania surrounding the artist's cult-like following which led to the shutdown of a show in Los Angeles at The Roxy. Now, Yeat has two headlining tours under his belt, four Billboard Top 10 Album Debuts, and a staggering 8B global streams.

As his fame skyrocketed, Yeat released the mixtapes Alive and 4L, and the Trendi EP, before the release of his first proper studio album. Up 2 Me was issued in September 2021 followed by a second studio LP, 2 Alivë, in early 2022, AfterLyfe in 2023, and 2093 in 2024. Just last year, Yeat was tapped by superstar Drake to collaborate on record "IDGAF" which is featured on Drake's album For All The Dogs. The song, which was an instant hit, debuted at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, and #1 on the Billboard Global 200. With much more music coming soon, Yeat is well on his way to superstardom.

    Yeat Concert

    by K. O. on 2023-03-23

I would give it 3 stars because it was good, had good vibes and everything, it’s just the fact that I waited an hour in line for a 45 minute performance. I feel like it was a waste of time and I would definitely love a refund. Ticketmaster pricing is amazing I would definitely get my tickets from here again. I feel like yeat just doesn’t really know how to perform that well on stage yet because he was only on stage for at least 20/25 minutes of the show.

Yeat doesn't know how to perform yeat

by Twuzzy on 2023-03-08History - Toronto

Yeat doesn't know how to perform yeat. His dj sucked. The opening act wasn't well done. Show was still lit, but he has a lot to learn. Ken Carsons show was way more lit and he has less hits

The concert really was great, only problem was intense moshpitting that got annoying but other than that really good over all job.

    Insane time

    by Jelly on 2023-03-08

Everything was amazing he played like 30+ songs but I will say… it was mainly the crowds energy that made this fun. Yeat really doesn’t do good crowd work and relying on September to do it is jus lazyyy but this concert was absolutely crazy and fun. Only complaint about it was it was less than an hour but honestly I don’t think we could’ve handled another hour 🤝
