It was too expensive for what you get. You have to buy ride passes for children who can't even go on rides by themselves. It was crowded. At one ride we had to wait an hour just to go on it. This was not worth the money I spent and I bought the advance passes that were a little bit cheaper.
I love K-Days! The food and entertainment was amazing! However to get my ticket was AWFUL! Every year I get the advance tickets which are a couple bucks cheaper; however, this year you had a voucher code which you then had to then get your ticket. WASTE OF TIME!

I bought tickets, paid for parking specifically to see July Talk.. when they were about to go on and one of the guys announced that there was a weather warning and for everyone to seek shelter inside... no one was really sure if the concert was cancelled or just delayed... we stayed for a bit but when they were opening emergency exits we then asked one of the police on duty whom told us it was cancelled. So we left.. later checking the tweets from the band seen they didnt cancel it initially and that had the weather cleared up they would have gone back on. They didnt end up going back on but switched locations to do a shortened set later on. Very dissapointed that what was happening wasnt better communicated to those waiting for the concert and maybe in the future the music portion should be a different ticket so that people could be reimbursed if this should happen again....$86 dollars later....
Our day was full of fun in the sun and cold drinks all day...something for the whole family if the weather works for you.. we were lucky...lol
My family really enjoyed the rides and the food the most
For the price K-days was a disappointment. One ride was leaking hydraulic oil, no one seemed to care. Food and drinks are getting rediculously overpriced. Lines were all overwhelming. I feel as though a ride all day pass should include admission for the entire week that way you can really enjoy everything and not feel rushed to do it all in one day when you're wasting half your time in line ups.
Kids love it and one day is not enough to spend! We should back again!
Long lineups, run down rides, overpriced and all in all a waste of the day and the money. Paid an average of $10 a ride and spent an average of 30-40 minutes waiting in line for each ride.
had a great time. everyone was so considerate ,helpful and kind. way to go.
As a classic rock fan I'm normally not a fan of modern rock but for $2 it was well worth it. Great performance by the opening band Pop Evil who had to go on stage earlier with the hot west-facing sun in their eyes. Pop Evil should have been the headliner since their performance & music was much better and had more energy. The Glorious Sons not so much.
It's a great place to bring the kids. They had a couple of meet & greets they were excited about. Most people working were friendly.
Pop evil is worth seeing every time they come to town. They were very pleasant at the meet and greet, so nice to see a band that appreciates their fans!!
Though I am not a fan of the actual Kdays the concert options this year were great. A great deal to see this line up of artists. There was lots of room, well organized and I'd purchase this pack next year if the acts are as good. I didn't get to see every act but I feel I got my money's worth for sure. It was standing on a field, there was lots of rooms, the porta potties were really clean and the beer garden was never lined up becasue there was enough staff.
I would like to see the 10 day pass and ride all day pass combined to one pass I would even pay a little extra if the ride pass was maybe for 2 days cause I couldn't hit every ride from open to close when some rides had a hour long wait or were down for repair.
All was really easy to book ticket - no lineups to deal with at grounds for admission ticket. Really enjoyed K-Days. Always go every year for the day.
Other than a little too much rain it was an great experience we can't wait to go next year!
Tom Cochrane is an outstanding musician, Canadian, humanitarian and entertainer. My husband and I have seen him at least 4 times now in concert. This was most memorable because this time we saw him as a family - with our 2 grown boys. Tom's music reaches out to a wide age group and we all LOVED the show immensely !!! Even though the concert was the same night as Tragically Hip... Tom dedicated songs to his musical friends and displayed such class to honour them in his show. Get him back next year if you can!!! We will be there!!! The sound was excellent and the warm-up DJ music had people dancing and getting excited!!! Thanks to Gerry Lee and Tom's kindness to "Meet and Greet' Tom...with photos and a personalized autographed shirt for our son AND 4 VIP passes too!!! ...made this event unforgettable and gave us amazing memories for our family!
Bought to go see the all ages evening shows and didn't know the set up was going to be so poor. It was awful the family section was small and couldn't see anything.
It was good. Busy first days as always. Lines were long but moved pretty good. Saturday was worse then Friday but no big shock there.
