Buoyed by a passionate home crowd, the Canada Womens team showed themselves true Champions. Their teamwork was a joy to see. The US team made them fight hard for their win. Until the bitter end everyone was on the edge of their seat as the teams took turns leading. If the players were sweating, so were the fans. What a game! Team Canada did us proud!

We were so impressed with amount of volunteers at the event there to help out with any questions or directions in getting us to our seats. Everywhere you turned you saw a multitude of yellow shirts there to help guide to anywhere you needed to go. It was exciting to see the basketball team warm up before the event. We were so excited to be there to watch Canada and the US in the gold medal round. The game was unbelievable and the entertainment in between quarters was just fantastic !!! Such incredible dancers !! I was absolutely blown away by the talent of our Canada team and just in "Awe" of Kia Nurse who was to me the most outstanding player of the night. She was just unbelievable !!! To experience the Women take home the Gold was a very proud and emotional moment... I cannot imagine what it took to get where they were standing up on that podium accepting the Gold medal but whatever they did, Thank you for making us so proud it was a night we will never forget !!!
i purchased a ticket for the Women's Gold medal game in basketball at Toronto2015 PANAM games. I was surprised the venue was so small. I expect it will be crazy for the Men's game.My seat was on a bleacher in the NE corner. The view was OK. If I had a choice I would purchase a seat just right of centre. I chose not to use the seat. Because I was also a volunteer at the Games and didn't want to disrupt the view of other patrons, I chose to stand on the mid-level open area. Half the time I looked over the railing. Half the time I looked through the glass. It was not a great experience. The venue is bright and beautiful. Patrons should be allowed to purchase their location of preference on a first-come, first-serve basis. This was a PANAM decision not the venue's decision. The Canadians won handily by eight points. It was an exciting game with the desired result! Who could ask for more?

Another great PanAm event! We got to see two games. I had a pretty good seat but the metal seats at the ends of the arena got hard on your bum after a while. The US played and won by only one point! Otherwise, Cuba led the game and they were devastated when they lost. Great entertainment during breaks/intermissions.
The night before the game I was so happy to see the game that was choose since 2 months ago for my nephew 20th birthday, we are from Cuba and we want to see player from Cuba, so we decided to pay for the Basketball game between Cuba and Canada initial scheduled for July 18th at 10:30 am,our surprise were to find out that were the team from Argentina and Venezuela, who played that day, it was so disappointing and it wasn't respectful not to let me know about the change.Really I don't want to buy other ticket online this experience made me feel very upset. I hope this wont happened again with another family.
It was great supporting the Canadian Women's Team! The energy was great and although the seats we're what I expected (bleachers and therefore no back support) I still enjoyed it!
Outstanding game. The seats were great and I was able to bring a friend to accompany my daughter because they were not over priced. I bought my tickets early and selected them based on the price range. It was perfect!
The seats were the worst seats I've ever had for a sporting event.
My daughters and I really enjoyed watching the Canadian team win over the team from Argentina!!
I saw game against Canada and Argentina, took my granddaughter who had never seen a women's basketball game and she loved it.
Being able to see our Women's national team up close and personal was amazing.
There were 2 womens basketball games on the schedule Friday night and both were fantastic. It was great to see the Canadian women win the first game and the place was packed. However, many people did not stay for the second game (US vs DR) and it was a much more exciting game than the score displayed. Our kids loved every minute of the evening and I'm glad we stayed!
Had a great night! My ten year old said it was "awesome, super duper game!"
