INXS Tickets

Extremely small turnout which is typical of Kamloops, which is why name acts do not bother to play here. Also the sound man, which I suspect is the outfit from Kelowna that constantly screws up the sound was as usual pathetic. Bass too loud & muddy, vocals not loud enough. As for INXS, they rocked - even JD, who will never replace MH or even come close to him, was well behaved, unlike the previous INXS gig in Kamloops! But why JD do you have to swear so much on stage(at the end of the concert)! There were young kids there! Totally uneccessary & shows your ignorance & lack of class.

This show was amazing. Berlin was the opening act and they were excellent. INXS then had everyone up on their feet as soon as Andrew started to play the harmonica notes signalling the start of Suicide Blonde. JD Fortune was outstanding. And the Fox is a beautiful theater.

My first INXS concert and I have been a fan for 27 years. First off I really miss Michael Hutchence as we all do. There is no way JD Fortune can ever measure up to MH. That being said JD is a fantastic singer and performer and I really enjoyed him. For me it was the rest of the guys that I showed up for and they delivered! Their sound is indescribable.It was almost like we were hearing new songs, it was that good. The lights were really well done, just beautiful.Best concert ever. Camera's should be allowed, I would have liked a decent photo of an event that I have waited a lifetime to see. People are taking photo's with phones and even pocket camera's any how and no one says anything to them. So just let everyone bring in a decent camera, or none at all. At least sell photo's of the event somewhere!

What can I say - huge fan gets to see one of her all time favourite bands play in a smallish venue with JD Fortune being the lead singer - WOW!! Great musicians - and with JD's pipes - it just brings the band so back up to speed after all these years. I understand there may have been hiccups in the past with the original band and JD, but I hope this is a new beginning of a long term relationship - as together they were awesome! At one point in the concert one of their backup singers sung a classic INXS song, replacing JD, and all of a sudden I felt like I was at some bad carnival concert with some wannabes....it so did NOT fly. Then JD rejoined the group and the place lit up all over again. Say what you want, his voice is the voice of INXS. So powerful, with such range!

I've seen INXS 25 times, this was the best post Michael Hutchence show and in the top 5 of all the INXS shows I've seen.

it was an unbelievable night of music. JD was fantastic and so were all the musicians. they had the full house rocking. did not want the night to end. GO INXS GO. You still have it.

Had a great time. Love the intimate setting of the River Rock.

Love this band!! !Every time it is a great show. Keep JD he is awesome!!! Wished they had time to play a lot more songs!

We really enjoyed the show. I couldn't believe that INXS would put on a show at such a small (but wonderful) venue. I wish they had come to Vancouver Island though. They would have had no problem selling out Save on Foods Memorial Arena. This show seemed to be unadvertised and I was thrilled to get tickets. I really enjoyed the performance and would see them again with no hesitation. There was so much energy and the audience was totally on board. As a Nova Scotia (New Glasgow) born Canadian I was again proud of JD. I hope he keeps working with the band. He has the voice to keep the music alive and the talent to keep the band going. 2 thumbs up!
