Ottawa Senators Tickets

The way you pay to park has changed but they really don’t make any effort to tell you ahead of time. Arrived to find no one in the parking booths and no signs to indicate how to pay. Looked like free parking to me. Only warning was a message on the scoreboard about paying through an app, so a made rush to find the app and figure it out. Good luck to anyone without a smart phone or those not so good on them. Looks like they are setting people up for more expensive parking fines instead of parking fees. Also they don’t have any section numbering in the lots so noticed more than a few people unable to find their cars. Also after 30 years they are still unable to find a way to speed the exit of vehicles out of the lots. First game in about 13 years but I doubt I will ever go back

Great night of Hockey at the CTC with the Sens taking on the Leafs.Watched the game from the upper seats but the view is still amazing with good perspective of the entire game Expect to pay a premium for alcohol and food but that’s par for the course these days The parking is close by but I recommend getting there early and expect a huge delay exiting unless you want to miss the last 5 mins of the game

The entire purchase process was simple and straightforward. The email confirmation flawless! Through my phone app entrance was easy. Just what a senior citizen needs to navigate the site!!

The atmosphere during the sens game was beyond boring. The audio quality is lagging, the fans are so boring, can’t carry more then two beers. Need more fan engaging entertainment

Watched a mail it in game! It was shameful for professional athletes to play so collectively poorly for the entire game, don’t spend your hard earned money to go see them

Went to the Senators Islanders game at Canadian Tire Centre. Everything was great until after. I was staying in a hotel near the arena and tried to get a cab. There were a few around, but, most of them refused to take my elderly friend and I when I told them I was going to a nearby hotel about 5 minutes away. When I did find one, they flat rated us at $40. Really put a damper on the experience

Despite the loss, they played well and it was a great game. They had a few bad bounces and a goal reversed due to offside... all good.

Enjoyed some great hockey and many overpriced beers (though the beer is actually considered cheap compared to other cities). Got to see my Sens win but that's just a bonus as it's always a great time with friends no matter the outcome. Excited to see how the season unfolds and how this young, talented team progresses. The arena is phenomenal too despite its age, but the location is horrible. Ottawa desperately needs a downtown arena, but for now, the CTC will do! Go Sens Go!

Listen I love Sens games as a fan and local of Ottawa for many years. However, this game in particular wasn’t just rough because they lost. The young preteens behind us were so rowdy and loud that I could only hear their insensitive comments throughout the game. Not just me either, basically the two rows below and above had to deal with these little brats. It’s mostly a hit on the parents for not at least controlling their kids to some degree. Anyway I digress, the hockey was fun to watch and the fan games are always hilarious. Will be back but getting seats in the 200’s or less. Oh and by the way the popcorn needs butter or something else? It’s dry as popcorn fart, no pun intended. Thanks for reading!

The experience was good overall. The arena is far from downtown Ottawa, the jumbotron is small compared to other arenas and the food and beverages are too expensive.

Purchased 2 tickets for a hockey game! The process was simple and the seats were easily viewed from map prior to purchase. Received notification prior to event, and I had the option of purchasing insurance on the tickets if I wanted to. Had no problem getting into the event with the tickets and had a great experience

What can I say? Payed for my tickets to watch the Canucks beat the sens, perfect night in my book.

Ottawa (2) vs Vancouver (5) Best game ever section 201 was amazing, one of the best seats in the area. Easy access In and the lines moved quickly both going in and out. I enjoyed my trip, I would definitely do it again.

It’s frustrating that for every purchase, even a single donut at the Tim’s, , you are prompted to tip. The prices are extremely high as it is, would be nice if you didn’t have to opt out of tipping in order to complete a purchase. It’s not a restaurant when the guy just opens his cooler to grab your $7 nutty cone! I’m sure people tip out of guilt rather than for the service. Pay the workers a decent wage (if not already doing so) and remove the need to opt out of tipping unless it’s in one of the restaurants, that’s my advice.

Even though we lost, the Sens never gave up and kept the pressure on. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole event.

Buying a bottle of water shouldn’t cost that much at a hockey game. Everything was way too overpriced.

The hockey game was great. Even though our seats were high up, we could see the game perfectly. The Royal Canadian Air Force Rock Band was superb. It was a great night out and a great birthday treat.

Great night of entertainment by the team & the fans. It felt amazing to be able to see my home team really shine & fans appreciate their effort.
