The hall was almost sold out. The title was Rick Mercer. But Rick was only one of 5 stand up comedians. Rick was great and the only one to be so. The one who followed him was not bad, but the other 3 were a waste of time. The 2 women were hard to understand and the last young fellow was not funny. As for the background so-called music, it was nothing but an ear piercing, irritating noise.
Rick Mercer didn’t disappoint and neither did each of the comedians who shared the stage. It was a welcome change to enjoy artists who didn’t yell or use profanity to make you laugh.
We all had lots of laughs the comedians were great loved the ladies very funny 😆 Rick Mercer never disappoints !
Rick Merced was THE BEST mc. His material was funny and relevant. The line-up of comedians was a good one! They all made us laugh, their content was different and they each had a different delivery style. It was a very “clean” show, meaning not one F bomb! Fabulous evening.
Good show,,,,, but the auditorium sound system definitely needs improvement. First & last comediens were good, second not so much & third meh,,, well you couldnt hear her much so maybe she was ok?? And of course Rick Mercer was great. I'd go to just see him. Jubilee folk need to have better sound,,,, and I was sitting close too. And whats with have ONE both open at the parking entrance. One! What a nightmare getting in!! How many people vying for a parking spot and theres only 1 both open each side?
Really enjoyed the show! Rhys Darby was hilarious! I really hope he comes back with his own show one day!
Rhys was great, I know it was an "alternative" comedy show but I started losing interest pretty quick. Almost walked out during the sit next to an audience member bit.
Great show. TJ and Rhys were very funny and I would definitely see them again!
You must go seem his show. Everyone from the MC to the New Zealand guy we're fantastic. GO !
The show was excellent. Tons of laughs throughout the evening at one point tears were streaming down my face from laughing so hard!
Everything you would expect from Just for Laughs, would go again
This was a great date night! The venue was spectacular and both comediennes had great (not crude) jokes which kept the entire audience entertained. Highly recommend!
The emcee was OK and Reese was not bad. TJ Miller was good but a little scattered.
JFL, great job on putting together this show. Nick the host was fantastic and ensured the show moved a long while getting everyone's palettes ready for the jokes of Rhys and TJ. Some of my favourite bits were Nick's as well(Looking forward to listening to his latest album). TJ and Rhys did a fantastic job of interacting with the audience and playing with the venue in-between their bits which had me knee slapping at times. 9.6/10 a must see for comedy and non-comedy fans.
I would recommend the Alternative Comedy tour with TJ Miller and Rhys Darby to anyone looking for a great night out with laughs!
The show was very funny, and different comedy which was refreshing. Rhys Darby and T.J Miller were hilarious had me smiling and laughing the whole show.
Laughed so hard that I was crying. I highly recommend it.
The jokes were not that funny. They were hard to hear and understand. Their accent made it quite difficult to understand. Quite a disappointment !!!

Although the people around me laughed a lot I found it amusing but not hilkariously funny!
