Chase Padgett is as versatile as a Swiss Army knife displaying a wide range of musicianship, role playing and comedy. The 6 Guitars performance was a well-balanced mix of rehearsed performance and improvisation with audience engagement. My partner and I brought our 9 year old and he was engaged from start to finish; so, good family fun if that’s your jam, too. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening - impressed by Padgett playing song covers and original material. And we laughed, genuine laughter, throughout. If you get a chance to Chase Padgett, he is a must-see. So talented. Amazing voice, hilarious and all around excellent entertainer.

6 Guitars was one of the most entertaining shows I've seen in a long time! Chase is "my jaw is still sore the next day" Funny! Then there's his guitar playing. He is a very talented individual! If this comes to your town Don't Miss it!

My husband and i enjoyed 6 Guitars immensely. I have seen Chase perform over the years in the Edmonton area during the Fringe since 2012! He does not disappoint. His shows are always new and fresh and with his ability to improv, always funny too. I'd love to see Chase bring back some of his other show to these smaller venues.

This was my second time enjoying Six Guitars. The first time was during the Edmonton Fringe Festival in 2018. Chase Padgett has remained true to form with this expanded production. Having a drummer and bass guitarist really does elevate the show to a new level. While not as intimate as the Fringe Festival performance, He does manage to have a good rapport with the audience. Up to the intermission it's all good fun. After the intermission it gets a little serious with some philosophy, dragging the tempo of the show down. That's fine as I'm sure trying to fly the expanded show in this format it will have some teething problems. ( Don't worry, I saw the preproduction of "Tommy" in Stratford with Pete Townsend sitting in the in the front row and even he made changes that were evident the next time I saw the play.) It is a show well worth seeing, just to admire Chase's virtuosity on the guitar. Good luck with the show!

Chase was amazing. Musician, vocalist, comedian, and actor all rolled into one great show.

I went with my sister and we both enjoyed the music and the characters. We laughed a lot and admired how skilful he was both on the guitar and in his impressions. Highly recommend this performer and would go again if he returns to Edmonton.

From the moment Chase stepped onto the stage, I was rivetted. I didn't know quite what to expect, but it was masterfully entertaining from start to finish. Through the 6 characters, Chase successfully and skillfully guides you through a lesson in 6 genres of music, showing how they are all connected. He slides in and out of each of each character's physical presence and singing voice. His guitar playing ability is undeniably fantastic! His final song/presentation was a beautiful work of art, completely summing up his talents and giving the audience a Master Class in entertainment. I LOVED THE ENTIRE SHOW and I would go again in a heartbeat!!! I have absolutely no negative crtitiques nor any possible improvements. IT WAS PERFECTION!
