Jerry Doucette Tickets

For a crowd of an estimated One Hundred Thousand Canada Day Party Goers in Surrey, British Columbia, Jerry Doucette and his Band performed a fun, exciting and memorable show. Jerry who had been performing since 1963 when he was 11 years old, showed his passion and talent for playing his iconic hits from the 1970's and 80's. His voice is still as smooth and vibrant as in those party going 1970's days when Doucette was one of Canada's leading great crowd pleasing entertainers. Jerry told me " You Know, I was a frontman at 11. Yup, I was lead guitar for a band at 11 years old and I haven't looked back. Now I'm passing on my passion to Carter. I never had a student before and now I have two. Carter and a friend of his. Carter is amazing. I really don't have to teach him much, this was his first time on stage though. He is a natural" Jerry had with him an up and coming stellar young artist who showed us that true Blues Guitar Playing comes from your soul ! 17 year old Carter Low joined Jerry halfway through his set and jammed like a trues Blues artist. They performed that iconic Blues great The Crossroads and displayed the passion and love of the Blues that these two artists have. Carter Low has a great mentor in Jerry Doucette. His band was fabulous. Thanks to all there for an amazing show. Thanks for meeting with me Jerry after the show. My experience is not complete if I don't get my favorite albums autographed.
