REO Speedwagon are one of the definitive American arena rock bands to emerge in the ’70s, selling over 40 million records worldwide across 16 studio albums. Formed in 1967, the band’s 1978 album You Can Tune a Piano, but You Can't Tuna Fish launched a streak of nine consecutive albums earning an RIAA Platinum certification or higher, but REO reached truly rarified air with their Diamond-certified 1980 album, Hi Infidelity, which spent 15 weeks atop the Billboard 200. Hi Infidelity hosted the band’s first Hot 100 No. 1 single "Keep On Loving You" as well as its Top 5 follow-up "Take It On the Run," and the band would top the chart again with “Can't Fight This Feeling” from 1984’s Wheels Are Turnin’. REO Speedwagon have remained a touring force, organizing several co-headlining treks with genre heavyweights Styx, Chicago and Def Leppard. In 2022 alone, the REO and Styx joint tour earned $25 million. As of 2024, REO Speedwagon is made up of lead vocalist Kevin Cronin and bandmates Bruce Hall, Dave Amato, Bryan Hitt, Derek Hilland, and Matt Bissonette.

The concert was fantastic. The very last song a HUGE surprise and they certainly did it justice. Was a very long wait, but it was very much worth it.
Really enjoyed this band live and man they can Rock! Great show
First time I had a chance to see them , they were a childhood favourite loved all of their music , and now to see them live they are amazing put on a great show still sound great loved every bit of it
Was an amazing show! Vocals and music were all on point. I've been waiting to see them for over 30 years, but our schedules never aligned. This show was absolutely worth the wait. Thank you REO Speedwagon for such a great evening!!!
REO Speedwagon gave a great performance, they still have it and provided a fun time at River Cree. Their musicianship was expcellent and they we rocking and provided a good time.
Not at all what I expected. The sound was poor and you could hardly hear the words especially when talking . I expected to hear all their old tunes that made them famous but nope,, mostly heard was what seemed like heavy metal. They only played 3 of their old songs and the crowd went wild. You would think they would get the hint that people wanted their old tunes but they played what they wanted to play. Such a huge disappointed and I waited for three years to hear them.
These boys still have it together. They played all their hits and fan favorites. They even threw in a song to pay homage to the late Gordon Lightfoot and closed with a "Working for the Weekend" by Loverboy - it was great! We had a super time!!!
The concert itself was great loved all the great tunes. The venue Greyeagle Casino went above and beyond to ensure myself and my spouse had everything we needed. This was probably my spouse's last big outing as he is terminally ill and needs a lot of help. The casino rose to the occasion, ensuring I had use of a wheelchair and a very close parking spot. Not only did they ensure all of this but they picked him up at our vehicle and brought him back to it , brought a tear to my eyes.
Been waiting for 40 plus years to see them live, and it was truly a pleasure watching these talented artists perform all the songs I have always wanted to hear live, and with the same sound as when I first heard them
Loved the first set of non-stop songs! And every set after had very little talking…just lots of music! The band was right on with every song they played bringing back many memories of that time in my life! Sound was good, lights were good and the crowd/band participation was amazing
What a great show from a classic band. They do it for love and not money and it showed. No singer who is 72 has the same voice as 25 but Kevin Cronin still puts on a great show. The band is awesome and the setlist was excellent. Nice tribute to Gordon Lightfoot and a bonus encore of Working for the weekend that they performed very well. Don’t miss your chance to see REO Speedwagon
🗣The band was right on the money. His voice was awesome. And even sang a Canadian band Lover boy song “everybody’s working for the weekend”! 🎸🎸🎸 What a great night ! Fantastic work REO Speedwagon fantastic work.!!!
Fantastic night great show. No fault of the band who were 100% fantastic. But. Paying VIP seats with no room to sit or move was not comfortable. Id of paid 100 dollars more for more room sooner than being scruntched up. Otherwise brilliant
Actually our first time seeing them but have been big fans of their music for years. They were amazing. Kevin Cronin was so engaging with the audience. Our 24 year old son was with us as he’s a big fan of many classic rock bands REO being one of them. We all left there with huge smiles on our faces. Awesome concert awesome evening worth the wait!
I've been a fan of REO Speedwagon since the early 80's and have tried to attend a concert since then, they don't often tour Canada. This concert did not disappoint, lots of energy in these rockers. Crowd was high energy as well. REO is awesome, highly recommend to any fan.
Kevin, Bruce, Dave and crew did not disappoint. Kevin’s vocals were as strong as ever. Dave’s solos were spectacular. They looked like they were having the time of their lives on the stage and the audience fed off their energy. Felt like a teenager again. Thanks REO!
I had a great evening with Reo. What a together band and the guitar work was outstanding. Some of their songs took me back and the sell out crowd sung along as I did. An outstanding concert well worth the price.
They sound fantastic, so many classic songs made for such a great night
For a group of guys; the ages they are, they didn’t miss a beat,, That was one of the best shows I have seen in a long time. I hope REO Speedwagon comes to Calgary again. I will be the first in line for tickets!!
Wonderful to see the members still enjoy playing for the crowd and having fun!!! Great performance!! Cheers to the band members for engaging and still having us up on our feet dancing!!
