    Good lesson

by Romantico on 2013-11-08Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

When I see an atvertising , it say ABBA Show and the picture you posted is original ABBA . Simple, I thought it is original ABBA ! Next time when you do an advertising , do not post original ABBA pictures, it is confuse us! In general, concert was good!

    ABBAsolutely Earsplitting

by Moog on 2013-11-08Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

The look and the stage presence were fine. Unfortunately, the sound level was so high that it was painful, not just on the ears, but on the whole body! I wish I had taken a sound monitor with me, as I am positive that the noise level would have registered as being injurious to one's ears. We thought that perhaps some of the slower, more intimate songs would be performed at lower intensity, but unfortunately, they were just as loud. After 45 minutes, we could not stand it any more, and we left.

    Audio was poor

by cleareyes on 2013-11-08Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

The audio was not up the standard we would expect. The dialogue between songs was unintelligible (the Australian/Swedish accent didn't help). We could follow the songs only because they were familiar. Otherwise the show was worthwhile, and it was a nice night.

    The Abba Show was Terrible

by Anonymous on 2013-11-08Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

The singers sounded off key and were not involved in the show - they were worn out, and tired. The show was a great disappointment and a waste of time. Very subpar.

    ABBA show was awesome!

by CJVB on 2013-11-08Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

The show was super fun, loved the encore medley at the end. Loved the videos of the real ABBA shown during some songs. Sometimes too loud - could have brought some earplugs. Opening song (Name of the Game) surprised me, since this is not the most upbeat number, but it was still awesome.

    Cheesey

by gogogo on 2013-11-08Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

This show is dated, songs somewhat recognizable, and the whole showlike a very bad Las Vegas show from the 80's.

    ABBA

by Baby1Boomer on 2013-11-08Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Wonderful show, good energy. Would have liked more costume changes, but realize this could be difficult if the momentum was to be kept going. Would definitely recommend it.

    ABBAsolutely fABBAulous was good entertainment

by Inferno099 on 2013-11-08Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

My wife & I found the show/singing to be quite entertaining. The tribute group did a good job in singing many of ABBA's greatest hits! Only thing would be for show to start a little earlier as with the 20 min intermission and the encore it was a little over 2 hours - ending approximately at 10:15pm. For those who brought smaller children between 5-10 years old that probably was a late/long evening. But it was a nice show & if they return in a few years we may go again, but bring our son the next time as he'll be closer to 10 if they return in 3 yrs.

    Huge entertainment value!

by ACCA on 2013-11-08Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Great value for money, singers were entertaining and talented. The box office found they had 2 front row seats so we were able to pay the difference and move up- that was the highlight for us.

    ABBA was disappointing

Flashback to a great time !

by idaant on 2013-11-07Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

Well done performance - the looks and harmonizing down to the replica of the clothes worn in the day. Involving the audience often was great fun :)

    ABBA was disappointing

by countcash on 2013-11-07Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

There were three of us in attendance ranging in age from 40 - 68. ABBA was a high energy group. Unfortunately we couldn't understand the words to most songs because the sound was too loud with too much bass.

    Awesome

by youngfamily on 2013-11-07Jubilee - Edmonton

This show was incredible. We went with my two school aged daughters and my mother. This show really was very well done..great singing and music. It really brought ABBA to life and brought me back to my childhood. Everyone was singing and dancing and having a wonderful time. I have seen an ABBA show in Vegas at the New York New York but this show is a million times better. I would definitely attend another Showtime produced show and recommend this show to any ABBA fans:) Started strong and dazzled all the way through

    So-so show

by rocknrollan on 2013-11-07Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

Having seen other ABBA tribute groups, this one was near the bottom, The sound system was way below standard, the performance was too loud as was the intro music, and the vocals were not the best. I don't recall spandex was popular with the originals either. Also, I found the constant attempt at involvement of the audience caused me to wonder if we were entertaining them or vice versa.

    Disappointing performance

by AbsolutelyFabulousNot on 2013-11-07Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

Louder is not always better. The mixing man turned up the volume to the point of distortion. The music was not clean and clear.

    Party from the start

by MascotMan on 2013-11-06Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

From the glitter hair and hats, to the Village Peoples YMCA the party atmosphere was on. And that was before the show. All the hits, costumes and dance routines were in place. My wife and kids (youngest was 10) had a blast.

I didn't like it. The sound was muddy. The voices were not as good as the original singers. It didn't really sound like ABBA to me. I didn't enjoy their interaction with the crowd; I found it quite boring

    Disappointing

by learnasigo on 2013-11-06Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

The singers were ok but the sound was terrible. The bass was so stupid loud you couldn't here the singers very good. The bass was actually hurting our chests. We during the intermission and only stayed that long so we wouldn't disturb the other people in our row.
